The staff from the front office to housekeeping was exceptional. The facility is an absolute disaster . Check in wasn't available until 6:00 due to understaffing. We PAID for a kitchenette. The stove top was nonfunctional, refrigerator minimally cooled, no coffee maker and no pots, pans or utensils. No USB to hookup the TV. I realize this wasn't a Ritz Carleton, but come on Motel 6 do better.

This is a case of you get what you pay for. The room was comfortable enough and certainly adequate for the cost. My wife, who has a sensitive olfactory was put off by a scent that she described as still smoke covered by deodorizer both in the room and on the bed sheets. She ended up sleeping in the car. I slept just fine in the bed. The exterior of this hotel is frankly kind of shabby and in need of a serious upgrade.
