Gilbert looked after me last year too and was so polite & helpful so remembered him straight away. All other staff members were very polite too."

"Very nice hotel Clean. Staff was nice. The plugs in the rooms are strange. There is no plug either British or American, bythe bedside. We had to get an extension cord for my CPAP machine. They did provide that but could use an electrical update"
