Muy buen hotel - problemas con Expedia
Tuve problemas de check in pero fueron gentilmente resueltos por personal del hotel. Aparentemente el sistema Expedia no les notifica en tiempo real, lo cual puede causar superposiciones. El hotel es muy lindo cálido y tranquilo

A ultimo momento al cambiar de habitacion por cabaña, resulto engañoso ladiferencia a abonar,dado que ya habia abonado a traves de la pag la totalidad. Y puse todo el enfasis para que esto no sucediera, no me gustan que jueguen con mi dinero! Tuve que pagarlo igual por los empleados. A la cabaña le faltaba una limpieza profunda, algunas luces no andaban y el wifi no funcionaba nada bien. Lo que se muestra por las imagenes no es la total realidad. Una lastima porque el complejo es espacioso y mucho mas aprovechable.

En general bien
Le doy una buena calificación a pesar de problemas internos y ajenos a ellos, el problema ajeno fue que se cayó el servidor de internet , por lo que en mí estadía no conté con servicio de internet, y el problema interno fue que me bajaron la temperatura del agua a las 10 de la noche, porque, cito textual, "creímos que por r la hora ya se habían bañado". Sacando ese tema que después se resolvió todo bien.

Está bien pero podría ser mucho mejor. Pros: la ubicación, el entorno y las habitaciones son muy bonitos. Tiene estacionamiento sin cargo. Contras: el agua de la ducha no sale caliente, el desayuno es pobre y el personal del hotel poco profesional. La tarde/noche de mi llegada, pese a que la reserva estaba prepaga, quisieron cobrarme el costo de la habitación (no sé si esto es responsabilidad de Expedia o del alojamiento, pero alguna desinteligencia hubo). Tengo la suerte de ser agente de viajes y pude resolverlo pero a un pasajero común pueden hacer pasarle un muy mal momento.
