"I like that they have a microwave and a decent size fridge. The only problem that I had was the body wash. It wasn't refilled and the small bottles that I saw in the bathroom, one of them is broken and I can't even use it. A suggestion is also having a lotion. But overall it was a nice stay."

"Adequate hotel for the price. Updated interior. Walking distance to The Common Man restaurant/bar. Very close to Interstate 93 so highway noise is prevalent, ask for room not facing highway."

"The pool and spa were nice, but unfortunately our overall experience was disappointing. Within 10 minutes, we had to kill four huge spiders in the room, which was very unsettling. The bathtub drain plug was broken, so I wasn’t able to give my 2-year-old a bath. On top of that, when I turned on the bathroom sink, the faucet handle piece that screws on fell of and was so stripped it wouldn’t stay on. I also asked for a late checkout and was told I could stay until 12 PM, but I was never informed there would be an additional fee. After checking out, I was charged $100 for the late checkout. Had I been told about the charge beforehand, I would have left at the original checkout time. The people upstairs from us were also stomping their feet until 4am. Overall, the property has potential, but the maintenance issues and lack of communication regarding fees made for a frustrating stay."

"Can’t get coffee until 730 on the weekends did not get our room refreshed asked for clean towels said they couldn’t give us clean towels because they were shortstaffed. Other than that. It was a delightful day. Breakfast was pretty good."

"Nice hotel with very friendly staff. The free breakfast was good and plentiful. Stayed here for one night so not much else to say. There aren't any food options near by, so if you don't have a car, that may be an issue for you. However, the hotel itself is great."
