It could be better

Check In was at 3pm instead of 2pm, as most hotels in Chile use to. Paper bin in the bathroom was dirty when we arrive to the room. When you get a shower you'll spread a lot of water in the bathroom floor. Bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan. Hotel doesn't have Room Service.

Hospedagem espetacular. Atendimento do recepcionista Jesus fez toda a diferença. O quarto era perfeito, vista linda do por do sol, silencioso, chuveiro com ótima pressão e temperatura, a cama grande eextremamente confortável. Foi sem dúvida o melhor custo benefício que já nos hospedamos até hoje.

Me quedé bien aquí, creo que es la mejor opción de Concepción. El personal es muy amable y les gusta ayudar a sus huéspedes. La comida en la noche es excelente, las habitaciones y sus camas muy cómodas. ¡Gracias!

Hay un tren pasando no sé cada 15 minutos y qué hace literalmente retumbar la habitación con el característico silbato. Por otra parte el estacionamiento no está incluído. Además cobran el IVA aunque hagas la reserva por expedia o a través de su aplicación de socio de hotel no te salvas. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que cobran con la tarjeta sin siquiera mostrar la pantalla entonces Uno no sabe lo que está pagando por esta razón la recepcionista accidentalmente presionó que sí al cobro de una comisión extra en la tarjeta, un impuesto por usar tarjetas extranjeras que cobran en algunos lugares en Chile. Rescato la buena disposición y que la recepcionista se tomó con tranquilidad el tener que anular la transacción. Otra cosa es que la habitación es demasiado oscura y además el agua caliente demora un montón paradójicamente dicen ahí que hay que cuidar el agua.
