I loved staying at this hostel. I had to practice my spanish since none of the workers spoke english, which was fine. the hostel was not super social but very nice.

Paid twice, stayed once

Paid twice, stayed once, won’t be returning. Power was cut to half the building, it was back on when we returned, but if you’re running a hotel/motel/hostal, you should probably have a backup generator in case of an emergency. Nothing about this place makes me want to come back, I don’t write a lot of reviews for how much I travel, so I only leave a review when things are either terrible, or great.

Don’t do it!

Won’t be making this mistake again! Bad service, bad attitude, bad accommodations, bad construction, bad organization. The front desk woman had a really bad attitude, acting like she was better than us. They had power and internet issues when we arrived. The rooms were unimpressive to say the least. We told them we were leaving in the morning to go to a historical tour and when we were trying to leave they didn’t want to wake up the guest that they allowed to box my car in, so they needed me to drive his truck! The only saving grace was that the wifi worked well in the evening. Our neighboring room was playing music that we could hear through the walls until after 2 in the morning. The curtains are white and practically transparent! We turned the light off in the hallway, I guess we were still getting street light in the room, so I had to put a shirt over my head.

Il n'y a pas de piscine, c'est trop de bruit, les chambres sont petites, la salle de bain sent l'humidité. L'hôtel est très vieux. Nécessite une grosse rénovation. Le parking est payant. Il n'y a pas de piscine.

Me gustó mucho, los precios económicos por internet, además nos tocó una pieza donde no llegaba la luz de sol por lo.que nos permitió estar desconectados de la luz del día y pudimos dormir mejor. Los colchones cómodos, sábanas muy limpias y baños con agua caliente.

2da visita a Concepcion

Es segunda vez que voy a este Hostal, me quede en la habitación 3 que tiene baño privado. Las camas muy comodas, la habitación temperada mientras afuera estaba frio y el baño en perfecto estado. Solo tuve 2 inconvenientes, la ventana de la habitación no tenia pestillo, y daba al pasillo por lo que cualquier persona la podria haber abierto para ingresar, aunque eso no paso. El segundo inconveniente fue que el segundo dia de estadia se fue el internet y no volvio durante los siguientes 4 dias que estuvimos hospedados. Fuera de esas dos cosas todo bien. Volveria a hospedarme en el mismo lugar cuando vuelva a Concepción.

Todo muy bien, lo único a aclarar es que no todas las habitaciones cuentan con aire acondicionado, si bien se nos proporciono un enfriador de aire, aún así la pieza era demasiado calurosa.

Buen alojamiento para una estancia al paso, tiene lo necesario para una comoda estadia, lo unico que nos toco una habitacion sin ventana. Pero lo demas bien en cuanto a la limpieza, tiene un espacio si quieres calentar comida o tomar cafe, baños limpios, y buena atencion del personal.
