Amazing location right in front of the Duomo, easy and safe access with door codes, clean and renovated amenities, coffee available just outside the room. Great value and comfort, plus staff extremely welcoming on the phone :)

Needs to provide better detail for transportation to room. Pedestrian traffic only. We’re to meet taxi or bus number to train station.

Renter beware, this is a two story walk up apartment and the only place that this fact is mentioned is under "Amenities", "No Elevators" (all it said) is clearly not an amenity. When advertising a unit for rent a two story walk up should be CLEARLY indicated in case it is someone with disabilities. We had tons of luggage and would never have rented this unit had that been very clear to us. Also, the sink was backed up and drained slowly and one of the bathroom lights did not work. For the price paid for this unit the value did not match, this unit is worth about 50 Euros per night in my opinion. It is a very dumpy looking place, location is good though.
