There are many businesses and restaurants right next to the hotel and around it. My room was clean, private, and comfortable. For a busy area, it's quiet enough and secure. Front desk lady was sweet, too.

It’s actually pretty nice for a motel so definitely worth the price! I do love Commerce as well and it’s really just a nice southern town where my family is all from so despite these kind of motels looking a tad bit sketchy usually, Commerce is much better safety wise than a place like Atlanta or in metro Atlanta. The Hibachi restaurant down the street is also one of my favorites ever and the portion sizes are insane - I had leftovers for 3 days!

We usually stay at the super 8 by window.Because Renee is usually the one that sets up our reservation.And never , ever makes a mistake , and it always makes us feel welcome and at home. But when we found out , she was also working for the howard johnson , which is also by wyndham we thought , hey , let's give this room a. The room was even better than the super 8.And we enjoyed our stay even more but as usual, the stay would never be as pleasurable.If it wasn't renee who was the one greeting us with a smiling face and always a warm gesture welcoming us in and always giving us a fond farewell by our names. Not just okay.Have a great day.It's always okay , sarah and daniel have a good stay and always by sarah and daniel can't wait to see you again. You guys at super eight and howard johnson have a superstar on your hands when it comes to greeting clients , and I really believe that without renee , you wouldn't have the clientele count that you have now , she deserves a raise. You're amazing renee

Check in got to the room found a ski mask like robbers use call the front desk. They acted like it wasn’t a big deal. The floors were dirty. Had ear cleaners on floor, bathroom was disgusting. Don’t really have anything good to say about it. I’ve stayed in hotels days inns in bigger cities and paid less money and had the floors cleaned no weird ski mask like a robber, stains on sheets and bathroom in all the ones I’ve stayed in not this horrible I have stayed in Howard Johnson before and paid less than I paid for this one and once again, the floors were clean there is no mask on the floor. Nobody’s ear cleaners on the floor and the bathrooms were clean. This is ridiculous. Do better!!!!!!!

The rooms were dirty and old. In desperate need of cleaning let alone a remodel. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. Doors were not sealed well and air/heat was hard to regulate.
