"One of the staff had given away one of the rooms that was to be for us and our children that was an adjoining room. So we ended up getting booked across from each other which wasn’t what we wanted and we were really disappointed. The staff did everything they could to accommodate us and make up for the mistake, which we really appreciated. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Service was great. The other downside was pool was closed for renovations. But those are things that can’t be helped. Just call to make sure the pool will be open during your stay. I would stay here again."
