I was pleasantly surprised at how nice and clean this room was. I would stay here 100 more times this is probably the cleanest room I’ve had in quite some time sadly. Everyone was friendly and it was quiet. It’s next to a Starbucks and McDonalds.

The room was clean, the lady that checked me in was rude and Raciest, there is no wat she should be in customer service, i left the property, when i came back the next morning the same women had already been in my room and turn my key card off, when i went to turn my key in, i ask her about someone being in my room, she lied and said the window was open, i told her no it wasn't, then she admitted being in the room, i don't care if she's the owner or not, that is wrong and disrespectful, also towels was moved from the bathroom into the bed

Room is very outdated and dirty, staff not friendly at all, bed is not comfortable and sheets looked dirty. It was unfortunate that that was the only motel/hotel available at the time due to OSU graduation!

Room was not too bad for the price. There was some kind of dead bug on one bed when I pulled back the sheets. They only gave minimum towels. Older and a bit run down but in all not terrible and okay for the price compared with much more expensive hotels in the area.

We have stayed here many times and it was great. This time we did not get the room we requested, the room we got smelled musty, black mold in the shower, stains on the bedspread and blankets. I told the gal who checks us in that had that been our first time staying we would never be back. She is wonderful and was quite horrified that it was not a good stay for us. If someone tries to give me room 112 next time, I will go elsewhere.
