Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean. The bed was extremely hard though. And the pillows were "throw" size. Which was a bit strange. So those were very uncomfortable. The breakfast bar was lacking. That was disappointing because the only reason I chose this hotel was because the pictures provided on the website showed a nice breakfast. The bathroom was clean, but the hair Conditioner botte was empty. Otherwise, stay was ok.

The fact that the room didn't have carpet was a plus for me. It makes a hotel/motel room feel cleaner. Everyone I encountered was very nice. Everything was clean. I'd definitely stay here again. The breakfast was a bonus.

Staff went above and beyond

From check-in to checkout, my experience was very positive, even with the 12-hour electric outage (not anything that could be done by hotel). The staff was attentive and caring. Dakota was especially helpful. The manager was there throughout the outage. I will be returning to Sleep Inn in December.

The front desk person was extremely friendly even with it being after midnight. I was extremely happy that my room was clean and free of pests. I have a good amount of horror stories from this week so I'm just happy you guys were able to turn my week around.

The workers were wonderful. The room had a roach and another bug in it. While the beds were clean the walls looked very dingy and dirty and in need of some attention.

Affordable,clean great service

Stayed here for Army graduation. Had to check in at 6 am made arrangements with Liz. She was extremely helping and has exceptional customer service. Checking in, lobby doors were locked, unless room key. Ben night Auditor and security was also very helping and again exceptional customer service. He served in our military along with his father and son. I couldn't be more pleased with the staff. Its not a 5 star hotel. But the staff treats you like it is. The hotel was clean and I slept well here.

Pictures on the internet doesn’t reflect reality. Room was dirty, wall in the room was dirty, bedding was stained. Towels were dingy even the clean ones we requested specifically the scrubbing shower towels, once they got wet we could see how nasty grey/brown dirty they were. We had to ask ourselves for toilet paper and toiletries . I had to wipe the floors myself because once I removed my shoes and stepped on it my feet got dirty . Staff was friendly and helpful upon requer. Common areas were clean but that was it. The pool was full of leafs that were sitting there for a while so we could not use the pool. Overall it was too pricey for what they were offering. I had stay at way better hotels with restaurants and full bar with great clean rooms for the same price I paid for this one.
