I went for my daughter's college orientation, and I got back to the hotel around 9am and the staff was amazing! Check in wasn't until 3pm but because it had been raining and I was wet the main hostess at the front counter asked housekeeping to please clean a room for me and I was able to check in by 10am. They also offered me breakfast when I arrived (even though I hadn't checked in yet). 10 out of 10, I will definitely be staying here when i go back for family weekend.

Very disappointing overall. I will not stay here again. The one positive was that they put out a nice breakfast. Although the property and rooms were clean, many expected amenities were non-existent. For instance, there was no soap - neither bar nor dispenser - in the bathroom. We had 2 shampoos and one conditioner in the shower. I had to go to the lobby to request hand soap. An empty Kleenex tissue box holder was there, but was never filled with tissues the entire 5 days. When I asked the front desk for tissues, he put out a roll of toilet paper. One day the cleaning staff switched out our pillows for four 12" square pillows. Why would you do that? Although there was a sign outside a room on our floor that indicated you would find an ice machine, the room was completely empty. I got the feeling whoever runs this property is exceptionally cheap and only puts out the absolute minimum they can get away with and then expects you to come to the lobby to request things like soap. I cannot believe Marriott puts its brand on this particular location. We had to switch rooms bc the sink shot water straight at you instead of down. And, the sink water barely trickled - no water pressure and ridiculously low flow. They also don't follow their own instructions, as they took away a wet washcloth and towel that I left hanging on the rack, but didn't replace them with any new ones.
