"I reserved this room on Expedia but paid for it on site. We got to the room and there were roaches, the wash cloths and towels were badly stained, we found 6 bedbugs and turned right around to ask for our money back..Manager refused to come to the property and said they can't refund my money. I will not be using Expedia again. That was 2 hotels in 2 days that I could not get my money back for. And their conditions were deplorable."

"Most everything was great. It is an older hotel, but everything was very clean & the front desk, both day & night, were very nice. Only complaint is that the breakfast area is very small - no fault of the employees working there."

The staff was not helpful in remediating the cleanliness instead stated we only get what’s already provided in the room. Was denied any type of compensation for the poor conditions and treatment instead had to pay $9 to cancel the second night of the reservation."
