This place is great! Lots to do at the property and in the area, but quiet and laid back. Staff was fabulous, rooms clean and comfortable, outdoor areas relaxing. I will definitely be back!

This is our second stay at this property, first stay under new ownership. The new owners are great too. We absolutely love this place. Location is perfect for visiting Manitou Springs or Colorado Springs with tons of activities to do very nearby.

We loved everything about this property. It is in a good location between Manitou and Colorado Springs, the two bedroom unit with full kitchen was clean and spacious, the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. It is located very near the Garden of the Gods, and all other attractions. We recommend it to others, and we would plan to stay there again if we are back in that area.

The property is absolutely beautiful! We had the stream right outside our room. The room was clean, beds were super comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and we loved our stay! Will definitely be coming back in the near future.

We loved the atmosphere here. There is plenty of activities to do on location and it is super close to things to make dinner, lunch, or breakfast super convenient. We were there to see pikes peak and do the incline plus visit the zoo. We were only 15-20 minutes from all of these things and only a short distance to Colorado Springs. Super convenient location, clean space, lots of room, and has everything you need. Will definitely be returning.

We had a delightful 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage with a small kitchen and living room area. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals plus a full sized refrigerator. We appreciated having a coffee maker, filters and coffee avaliable. The location was convenient to many local attractions (Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, etc) yet it was quiet and peaceful.

This was our first time staying at Town & Country, but will not be last. The location was perfect for our interests and the owners were wonderful. Our cottage (#1) had a picture perfect view of Pikes Peak! They provided great information on places to visit/see. Plus the dining recommendations were exceptional. We would not have found them without their help. If looking for a special adventure away from the routine this is a great choice!

Stayed here for a long weekend with my kids. Loved that there was a playground, pool, and ball court on the premises to keep them entertained! The clean unit and well stocked kitchen were also very appreciated. And the location cannot be beat. Would definitly stay here again.
