One thing that matters the most is customer service.... And to be honest I've been to better hotels and one thing I have to say is I got more respect and help from the lady her at the ranch then I did at any other hotel.... Plus it was nice quiet, clean , everyone was friendly as well I wud definitely come back her

Great

Very clean motel. Staff were efficient and friendly. Thick fluffy towels that looked nearly brand new. It's been a long time since I've seen such a clean motel at this low per night rate.

Asphalt was damaged, pool had no water but filled with trash, cars at location looked as if they hadn’t run in months, room smelled as if a 10 carton of Pall Mall straights were smoked just before I arrive…it honestly was the worst hotel I’d ever been to and was very similar to ones I’ve seen in horror movies…stay away!!!

It has been a good stay. The only thing had been a downer is the air conditioning don't work, and the lack of towels and clean sheets. Òther wise or had been great and the room was huge

The reviews for this property are a lie. There were great reviews about how nice and cleanly it was, but it was absolutely disgusting. Bugs flying around and some dead on the floors as well stains on the couches and the place just looked beaten to hell. There was a lot of foot traffic and concerning behavior from those around. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pictures are deceiving

First room reeked of cigarette smoke and towels were dirty and sheets had cigarette burns. Second room was smaller a bit cleaner but had slight smell and cracked sink nails sticking out between the door spacers and no hot water. Refunds were not available and rooms in town were hard to find near same price and city. Traffic and noise all night long made for little sleep. It is located in a struggling part of town. Lots of foot traffic past door. Only good part was lots of cameras and vehicle was fine the next morning. Bed was ok just noise was terrible. Staff was friendly despite not being a give a refund. Should have tooken photos.
