Great place at a great price in downtown

I needed to be with a family member at the local hospital. This was so convenient and comfortable and the morning breakfast was awesome. I will definitely stay here when I'm in Colorade Springs.

The room was bigger than expected, the staff was nice, the breakfast was good. The only complaint I could think would be that when we asked for more towels we didn't get them. There were 5 of us and only 4 towels, so we had to share.

Loved this hotel

The hotel was excellent. We had a King Suite. It was clean, comfortable, and large. The bed was especially comfortable. Close to downtown. Great location. Breakfast was amazing.

Unexpected Bargain

This is an unexpected bargain. Full suite, bedroom and large sitting room, two bathrooms. Only negative was lack of overhead lights when walking in and no light over coffee machine.

It was a little outdated, we were there four nights the bedding on the rollaway bed was not changed when room service changed the other beds bedding, we had reservations for 3 adults 3 kids and the restroom was not stocked adequately for all of us, other than that it was priced well for what we got. The free breakfast was good. Was conveniently located.

Clean, large room, great breakfast buffet. Not a brand new facility, but what was previously 2 hotel rooms had been combined to make one large suite. Close to downtown Colorado Springs.

The room was comfortable enough but lacked adequate lighting and the Halls and breakfast area were not kept clean. The halls and breakfast area we're also very cold. I have had better service here before so don't know what the problem was this time. The location was excellent and the price reasonable

Co springs trip

Located in area of high homelessness, rooms are in separate building from lobby, and must be accessed from dark and unsafe parking area. Room itself was spacious, but not a good place to come and go from. Food access was difficult, unless you know your way around downtown, and certainly nothing remotely walkable.

Pretty good, but could be better

Overall our stay was good. The hotel room was nice and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast provided by the hotel was extremely good and better than most hotels we have stayed at in the past. We only experienced two things that were not to our liking. The first was not receiving a wake up call at the time we asked for so that we could accompany my father to the hospital for his open heart surgery. Luckily my Mother called to double check we were awake. The second thing was that we had to run the hot water for 30 minutes to get hot water to be able to shower. When we talked to the desk clerk about this we were told the hot water comes from the Clarion side of the hotel and takes time to pump to the Quality suites side. Later we were told they had a new water heater on our side but it takes 10-15 minutes to reach the rooms. Either way, it wasn't fun having to wait 15 - 20 minutes for hot water to shower or use in the sink.
