They have the best pillows ever! Mattress not so great but awesome pillows! It was very clean, the staff was responsive and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t all that great.

Staff was friendly and the "free" breakfast was pretty good for the price of the room. Hot tub was out of service, but the pool was nice. Would have liked the pool room to be a little warmer though (69F). Overall a pretty good value and great location for downtown activities and easy Highway Access.

Cold stay.

The staff was amazing. But our heat didn’t work in our room and we had to move rooms. So that’s the reason for the low rating. It was not the staffs fault they did there best.

I wasn't able to arrive at my originally planned time, so I phoned the hotel to say I would arrive a day late. The hotel said the room would be held until then. It was confirmed that a note was in the system. My booking confirmation said late arrival The next day I arrived at the hotel to find my emtire reservation was cancelled by the manager. The front desk stated there was no note in the system about my late arrival. They didn't notify me of the cancellation, so I arrived in town with nowhere to stay. The desk offered to make a new reservation at a higher price - no thank you. I had to scramble at the last minute to get another place. Very disappointed.

Bed was broke (they fixed it), dirty sock on the floor (they took it), the coffee cup had old molded coffee in it. That is what we let them know. In the morning we had no water pressure what so ever and our air conditioner didn't work very good. Had to set it on 60 and it only kept the room at 73.

You unfortunately get what you pay for! Not fun!!

I suppose you get what you pay for..........customer service was not good........cleanliness was the same. Just not anywhere near like "The Academy", which I would recommend!!!! I sure hope my friend sends in the picture she took of a cup in her room that had mold all in it!!!!!!!!! Yes, it was that bad and all they did for her was give her a $20 discount of 1 night's stay...........they should of paid her to stay there!!!

Not impressed

Some of the fixtures appeared to have been pulled out and replaced with simple coil light bulbs. No handle on the closet door. Not enough water pressure to rinse shampoo out of my hair. Only the end of a roll of toilet paper with no spare and it wasn’t replenished for our second day. Had to go to the front desk to replace and they didn’t have replacement Kleenex which was also empty. Room was clean and beds were good. Breakfast was very good.

The property is very old, dated and not clean. The front desk staff were not friendly, did not acknowledge us when we walked in nor while we stood there waiting for them to finish whatever task they were working on. One staff member continued working on her paperwork even while other guests lined up behind us. Neither staff member greeted guests nor acknowledge the additional guests waiting.
