El espacio en común tipo quinchocon cocina para reunirse. La recepción está a la vuelta del hotel uno tiene teléfono de modo que si precisa una manta o un adaptador o no te funciona el calefón o aire acondicionado tenés que salir a la calle y cenar 50 m para pedir ayuda. La recepcionista nos recibió a cara de perro.

Funcionário da recepção muito atencioso e educado, mas quarto muito frio e pouca privacidade, pois todos ficam em frente a uma pequena area de convivência, onde hospedes e funcionários fazem muito barulho.

Property was very comfortable, bathroom well stocked with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel along with towels. It's a shame maid service isn't included in the price as we stayed 3 nights and the bin in the toilet wasn't emptied at all in that time. I believe maid service is available for an extra cost. Very good location and very friendly staff. The external door bangs whenever people come in or out which isn't ideal if you're in the rooms at the front but this is also down to other guests not being considerate. They kindly delivered a chocolate each to our room the night before Easter which was a nice touch. We would stay again.

Me gustó mucho hospedarme en ese lugar. No me gustó la humedad de los cimientos, pero se puede ver el esfuerzo de la administración por corregir esa falla. Es una construcción antigua, de más de 50 años y es lógico que después de tanto tiempo la humedad se haga ver.

I arrived very late and thankfully there was a night person to check me in. The room was ok. There was a bit of garbage still on the floor, the safe was broken and unusable, the larger bed was actually two singles pushed together. There was a cockroach in my shower next to the open window on the last day. The AC worked well tho. The pool area was very much lacking seating and the only hammocks were next to the children’s playground. There isn’t much nearby and its a bit of a walk to any restaurants. The bus station to Brazil side of the falls is only a few blocks. There is also a large supermarket very close. The staff was helpful to direct me to the bus. They did try to sell me a ticket for Foz du Icuagu Park for a huge markup when they are easily purchased at the park. If you are paying cash for any tours it is cheaper than if you want to pay by card. They did organize transport for me for the Argentina side of the falls and to the Argentina airport. Breakfast had a decent selection of options.

Die Zimmer sind völlig in Ordnung. Was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat, war einmal, dass es keine richtige Tür. sondern nur eine dünne Schiebetür zum Badezimmer gab und dass das Frühstück leider nur sehr dürftig war.

Relax a 50 m dal Rio de la Plata

Piccolo due stelle a due passi dal centro storico di Colonia do Sacramento. Stanza e bagno piccoli ma gradevoli. Non abbiamo fatto colazione in hotel perché il ferry ripartiva presto. Soggiorno piacevole. Non è stato possibile anticipare il check-in. Le ore 14 sono tassative, anche per chi arriva alle 11:30. Pazienza.

NO ESTUVIMOS EN LA POSADA!!! Nos cambiaron para un hotel, así que estoy valorando el hotel. La limpieza de las habitaciones un desatre, volví llena de ronchas, y me dijo el médico que me picó un insecto y me provocó alergia!

El precio es muy elevado para la prestación ofrecida. Los cuartos sencillos son muy oscuros y mal ventilados. Por lo tanto, huelen mal. El mobiliario está gastado y sin gusto alguno. La ducha es tan estrecha que cuesta utilizarla sin golpearse contra la pared o contra el calentador de agua. No lo recomiendo.

Good value room close to everything

Simple room in a nice location close to the old part of town. No breakfast available on site, but there is a shared kitchen for self caterers. Good option for budget travelers who want to spend a night in Colonia.

Buen servicio y alternativa

La reserva original era para la Posada del Río pero por razones de mantenimiento y dado que era la época de invierno, se nos derivó a Hoteles & Suites Río, manteniéndose las condiciones de la reserva original. Buenas vistas al tener habitación en planta superior. Desayuno razonable con tostadas con mantequilla o manteca como dicen por allá, croissant o mediolunas, zumo y bebidas calientes a gusto.zona tranquila y andando a la Colonia Histórica

A localização é excelente, perto da cidade antiga e comércio. Limpeza, aquecimento e atendimento: ok. Quarto de casal muito pequeno, para quem viaja com várias malas: ficam no chão, atrapalhando a circulação. Poucos cabides, faltam cabideiros no quarto e banheiro: as roupas precisam ficar penduradas nas portas e janelas...e, em época de inverno, é muita roupa. No anúncio consta café disponível...sim, mas deve-se informar que o mesmo é feito em outro estabelecimento (no hostel); você andará uns 40 metros. O café é beeeem simples: pão de forma, manteiga, media lunas, suco, café, chá e leite.

Clean buts smells

Nice clean hotel in a good location however there is a musty smell which I believe is caused by dampness. They use too much cleaning product and auto fragrance dispenser. Breakfast is bread rolls and coffee served at a neighboring hostel. Common areas are nice.

Péssimo hotel

Muito ruim , quartos com muita infiltração, mofo, vaso sanitário solto, nota-se que como compramos pela internet aqueles que compram direto tem preferência, depois de muito descutir nos colocaram em outro quarto mas só o casal meus filhos ficaram no mesmo quarto, nunca mais nesse hotel.
