Room was ok. The TV and the safe box were not working. Breakfast is limited, not healthy, and mostly sugary. The pastries are poorly made. There's no restaurant service during the day, and no bar either. The place is quiet and relaxing, but it can get a bit boring.

Um Oásis de Sossego e Tranquilidade

Um local diferenciado em Colônia de Sacramento. Fica a 7km do centro. Portanto, ir de automóvel é a melhor escolha. O local é amplo e bem cuidado. As piscinas são ótimas e o quarto muito confortável. Só o café da manhã deixou a desejar com poucas opções.

Cómoda ubicación y estacionamiento. Muy tranquila y bien desarrollada habitación. Excelente atención de todo el personal. Cómo desayunador y restaurante. Excelente variedad y calidad en desayuno y cena. Las piscinas son muy cómodas y prácticas para adultos y niños. Excelente ambiente familiar en todo el hotel. Muy venido a menos...

Ya no es lo que fué, lejos de ser un hotel boutique, NO es Vip access y no deberían permitirles esa categoría. Tenian habitaciones Deluxe disponibles y no nos otorgaron upgrade, dejandolas vacias. Las habitaciones "superiores" son stadandard dado que son la mas básicas que tienen. Olor a humedad en la habitación, restaurante cerrado, para cenar lo mas cercano es a 7km, mantenimiento muy precario. La verdad ya no son ni cerca el hotel boutique excelente de days inn con gerenciamiento de sacramento management. Es una hosteria venida a menos a la cual jamás volveria.

Me gustó el paisaje, no me gustò que esta sucio, tiene olor a humedad, el baño es horrible, el dormitorio es viejo, el colchón tiene un agujero en el medio, las sábanas son transparentes de tanto uso y el precio no era barato. La verdad, horrible.

Lo que sucede es que para la piscina hay horarios y se deben agendar, nosotros llegamos dos horas luego del Check in y recien tuvimos hora para las 23 de la noche, eso nos cambio todos los planes.

Nos cambiaron de cuarto y su cubrecama estaba con humedad y hongos. Les escribimos pero dijeron que era óxido y que a pesar de aceptar que esa no es manera de entregar el cuarto ellos no harían ningún reajuste al total por la estadía. Más aun luego de dos noches las 3 salimos con problemas bronquiales que hoy seguimos curando con jarabes y pastillas.
