Zimmer zu klein für zwei. Steckdosen Locker. Keine Duschhalterung. Bett sehr kurz. Bettdecke zu dünn. War kalt. Frühstücksbüffet. Aufschnitt angetrocknet. Aufback Brötchen. Na ja. Für eine durchzechte Nacht reicht es.

Die Bedienung war das unfreundlichste was ich jemals erlebt habe... Und ich bin Außendienstmitarbeiter und kenne viele Hotels. Zimmer war ok alles andere eine Katastrophe.

Das Apartment war nicht nur abgewöhnt, es war auch dreckig. Das Furnier an den Türrahmen im Bad ist wohl durch die ständige Feuchtigkeit hochgegangen. Staub von Monaten hat sich da festgesessen. Das Waschbecken war nicht geputzt. Die Armaturen waren vertröstet. Der Kalk in der Dusche erschreckend.... Heizung funktioniert nicht (im Dezember!) Die kleine Küche in dem Apartment war auch sehr dreckig. Laufspuren von irgendwas war an der Zubereitungsplatte, der Schwamm verschimmelt. Die Steckdose hing nur noch an den Drähten.

The front staff was very nice. There was a nice spread for breakfast, but it was more meat and cheese then it was traditional breakfast foods. There were other noisy guests, but that’s not the fault of the hotel.

Not the best stay

The check in went smooth, but it was not more than the payment and "here is your key". The room looked okay at first sight but there were a few things. There were a few spots on my blanket. I'm not sure if it was blood or if it were rusty stains. The badroom is really small and the shower is old/small with only a showecurtain. The water goes everywhere. The room is very hot and even if you keep the windows open all day it is hard to ventilate. When I was checking breakfast the owner was really rude in my opinion. She told us to move over so another person could get closer to the breakfast and when we checked out nobody asked us how our stay was. Keep in mind that the rooms are very very very noisy. Itt is in the centre of Koln what made the stay comfortable.

Location is great. All in all it needs a good make-over! Not recommended for people who can’t climb 3 flights of stairs. No minibar/fridge or kettle. Continental breakfast, no warm food like scrambled or fried eggs, sausages etc.

Hotel ohne Komfort !

Negativ : Keine Steckdosen am Bett , Die Betten (zwei Einzelbetten zusammen geschoben ) sind immer auseinander gerutscht ,so das immer eine Lücke war ! Positiv : Das Frühstücksbüfett ist sehr gut , alles da was das Herz begehrt ! Der Service ist auch sehr gut und das Personal ist sehr nett und freundlich ….

Kleines gemütliches Hotel am Neumarkt

Sehr gemütliches Hotel in der Nähe vom Neumarkt. Reichliches Frühstücksbuffet. Freundliches Personal. Nur 15 min zu Fuss bis zum Dom.5 min. bis zur Einkaufsmeile.

Ich hatte nur ein Einzelzimmer gebucht und dann bei Anreise spontan ein Doppelzimmer mit einer riesigen Terrasse bekommen - großartig. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, das Frühstück hatte von süß über salzig (bis hin zu frischem Gemüse) alles zu bieten und das Personal war überaus freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass es in meinem Zimmer kein Signal mehr für das WLAN gab.

Hroðalega hljóðbært hótel

Ég gisti í einstaklingsherbergi og í ljós kom að það var við hliðina á sameiginlega baðherberginu. Milli herbergis míns og baðsins (annars vegar) og næsta herbergis (hins vegar) voru aðeins þunnar hurðir. Ég gat því heyrt náungann við hliðina á mér ræskja sig og þegar hann tók upp á því að fara í sturtu klukkan 1:30 að næturlagi vaknaði ég upp með andfælum. Hann tók sér góðan tíma, fór að engu hljóðlega og mig grunar að allt hafi farið á flot á baðinu við sturtuferðina. Mér varð því ekki svefnsamt þessa nótt. Tillitslausir, eigingjarnir og hugsunarlausir gestir eru ekki nýtt fyrirbæri, en ég undraðist af hverju ekki var skilti á baðherberginu (og jafnvel í anddyrinu) þar sem gestir væru beðnir um að fara ekki í sturtu t.d. eftir kl. 23. Það hef ég séð á mörgum hótelum og hostelum og mér hefur sýnst að gestir færu yfirleitt eftir slíkum tilmælum. Þetta var það neikvæða. Rúmið var ágætt, herbergið vísaði út í bakgarðinn og inn um gluggann barst því enginn hávaði, þráðlausa netið var fínt, staðsetningin góð og morgunmaturinn ágætur. En ef þið ætlið að fá ykkur ódýrt herbergi nálægt miðborg Kölnar skuluð þið annaðhvort splæsa í herbergi með baði eða fara á hostel (þar veit maður a.m.k. að hverju maður gengur).

Top Lage und gutes Frühstück

Der Service ist gut und stets freundlich. Das Frühstück enthält alles was man braucht und ist sehr gut. Und die Lage ist perfekt um Köln zu erkunden!

Katastrophe

Das Bad verschimmelt, die Matratze mehr als 30 Jahre alt, die Möbel Sperrmüll , der Boden fleckig . Sieht so Gastlichkeit aus ? Darf man 70 Euro pro Übernachtung für solch ein schäbiges Hitelzimmer verlangen ?
