The staff was pleasant however, the cleanliness and cliental left much to be desired. We only stayed a brief time and realized we were not going to be able to stay and traveled another hour to find a suitable stay.

Overpriced for overnight stay with bugs

The guy checking in was nice and helpful. The room was not clean, had numerous dead bugs and live bugs. The door did not seal completely so I assume that is how the bugs get in. For $200 for our one night stay, I was hopeful for a cleaner room with no bugs. I feel like they sprayed for bugs, but did not go back to clean up afterwards. However, the beds were clean and really comfortable. So were the pillows!

Recently relocated to this town to manage a store close to this motel. Staying here while I find a permanent residence; the manager has been accommodating, understanding and helpful. Mostly quiet, not too crowded or crazy. Very affordable as well.

Me and my sport team of 28 people stayed here for a weekend and had no complaints. The service at the front desk (Sam) was more than accommodating. While the condition of the building may be a little run down, if you’re looking for an easy, simple nights rest and a shower this is the place to go.

I checked in, the man asked you have a kind bed? Is someone else coming, we have strict rules, he said that 5 times and he then said, no visitors after 7, and told me again we have strict rules, I had no idea what he was implying, I said can I watch TV? He said yes, then I figured it out, I told him I’m not a Hooker! He just smiled, I have no idea why he thought that. I’m 66 years old and a grandmother, plus a retired Surgical Technologist. I was seriously offended, plus the second lock on the door was broken and there was no place to plug in anything by the mirror. I had to curl and dry my hair by the will. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, dumpy.

Probably the dirtiest hotel room I've ever stayed in. There was dirt and trash just shoved underneath the TV stand instead of actually cleaned. This hotel was supposedly "recently renovated," but that just consisted of old items in the room taken from other hotels that were recently renovated. We had to go to Walmart and buy our own blankets and bath towels, that's how uncomfortable the whole place was.

The room was filthy! Hair in the shower from prior peoples stay, dead bugs smashed and still on the walls, dead fly on window sill, brown stuff streaked down walls, probably a smoking room prior to becoming non smoking. I had come from Michigan to this motel to stay for the Martinsville race NASCAR series, the last weekend in October with my son and grandson. Was tired from drive, and really wanted coffee too, I see a brewer type thing in lobby when checking in, and afterwards went to make a cup of coffee, and person at front desk says that the brewer is broken, no coffee. There were cups, sugar on this counter for coffee, but machine looked like it had been broke for sometime. Just couldn’t believe the money had to pay for a 3 day stay here…. Disgusting!

The room was run down, infested with cockroaches. There were no Kleenex, coffee maker, water glasses and hair dryer. The room is definitely not worth over $200 a night. We were so disgusted and couldn’t rest. Very disappointed.
