This is a very nice place to stay at there in Coldwater. The owner is very friendly and the room was just fine and clean. Overall, I found myself to be quite pleased with the property and I recommend it!

Not much to look at on the outside, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. Good bang for the buck

This budget motel is clean with a comfortable bed. Toiletries are limited. No coffee maker, but there is a microwave and small refrigerator. AC is a small window unit which did cool the room adequately. This is a very old motel but the staff is very friendly. For the price of the room, you will get what you pay for. There are no breakfast options in this small town, but a convenience store is nearby to get coffee and some typical items. We were staying here for a funeral so we had a quick stay.

Great pizza near the Comanche Inn

The people there at the Comanche were very friendly and helpful. They also recommended an outstanding Pizza place and that was the best part of our journey. I'd go back to Coldwater just for Dave's pizza. Our only complaint was that there were only one set of towels in the room and the pillows (only 2) were pretty flat.

Don’t Stay Here! Locals Don’t Recommend

Let’s just say if the locals are saying “don’t stay here” then you should listen. We booked this place at 4pm showed up at 9:30pm and office was closed, even though 24/7 front desk is advertised! After calling 50 times, knocking and ringing the doorbell multiple times; we finally called the local non emergency dispatch. They tried to call and no answer. Dispatch proceeded to provide the number of another local place. The owner of Foxtrot motel right down the road got us a room in less than 5 minutes. After a long day of working and driving this amazing lady was an angle sent from heaven.
