Sandy Stays - 2 minute walk to the beach.

Summer Stays is a 2 minutes walk to the beach. The house is family friendly with spacious open areas, tucked away reading nooks and play areas in the backyard.
Downstairs you will find a large, open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining room and lounge room. Additionally there is a pool and toy room which also hides a handy, tucked-away laundry.
Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a walk-in-robe, ensuite and veranda access. There are also three other bedrooms, a main bathroom and a study.
The large backyard has an outdoor dining area, barbecue and a tree house.
This is our personal home and it also features games, jigsaws, toys, books for all ages as well as a TV, Netflix and a whole range of DVDs.
Sandy Beach is a short walk away, on the way stop at The Beach House cafe, kids' fun park, skate park, BBQ and basketball court. Take a walk down the southern end of the surf beach and you will find a gorgeous headland to sit on and watch the world go by as well as a boat ram.
