Set on 14 amazing acres and secluded, it can be the perfect romantic getaway or an extended family & friends holiday. This beautiful home has 5 bedrooms,3 bathrooms, 2 living areas, Large modern kitchen, rumpus/Games room/Home theatre, large pool, spa bath , entertaining areas. LCD's in both living areas/home theatre.
Beaches of Sapphire and Moonee are located 3 minutes away, and only 10 minutes to the regional jet airport and the Coffs Harbour town centre. A local shopping centre is located only 3 minute away. And for the wildlife , wake up with the kangaroos and kookaburras !! Amazing!

Best holiday home yet

So relaxing, quiet ,close to Mooney Markets close to beautiful beaches , the house has plenty of room the only thing is the spiral staircase to main bedroom but overall loved it will definitely go back

Tucked away family bush escape

Fantastic place for a relaxing extended family get together! Great entertaining spaces and lovely bush outlook with wallabies and a friendly horse. Close to great beaches with shops / Coffs not to far away for other activities. Great that it was dog driendly but missing a grassy fenced area for small dogs. Will definately be back again!

Plenty of space

Lovely private property that had plenty of room for our large group to enjoy. The pool and outdoor area was lovely and the kitchen well equipped for cooking for our group.

Great stay

We had an amazing family get away here. Quiet, peaceful, and perfectly accommodated our large family group. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Make sure you bring mosquito spray.

Fabulous home!

Fantastic home for our extended family. Plenty of room to move and explore - the kids loved the pool and feeding the horse, and the bird watchers loved exploring the grounds. Great convenient location to so many beautiful places.

More than expected!

The house was spotless with beautiful furnishings and in an incredibly beautiful setting. We were 4 adults and 2 infants and the house provided ample common spaces for us to be together or apart. The beds were comfortable and the spa bath was heaven after a hard day playing in the pool! Thank you for the ground coffee and milk in the fridge. We had a great holiday!

Great Location for families

Lovely spot for extended family stay. Was raining during our stay but there was plenty of space for us all. Beautiful area and the kids loved feeding the horse carrots and the pool. Only thing to note is that the stairs to master bedroom are very narrow and not for those with limited mobility and a bit difficulty with young kids

The whole experience of staying here was amazing and perfect for the whole family to come together. It was quiet and tranquil, but so close to everything The house has everything we would ever need. It felt like home. Communication with Rowland was great

Very happy with the home overall. Plenty of room for an extended family. Main problem was outside of the bedrooms, the extra bedding was uncomfortable for adults. Saggy and foam mattress. Luckily we took a couple of blow up beds. Our host was great, nothing was too much trouble

Family Holiday

The Estate & location is absolutely beautiful. Everyone loved Shadow, the horse & he loved the attention. Our stay for a week was brilliant with a couple of issues with not being on town water & couldn't use the bath due to muddy water & the pool needing attention.

Overall we had a wonderful time, plenty of space for a big family. Check in process was terrible , mobile reception is not the best. Make sure you have check in details before arriving at property. We were waiting sometime. Other than that no problems with the property. Especially loved the kookaburras

Friends weekend

Four couples went down for a weekend away to watch the local music festival at Moonee Beach Hotel. We absolutely loved the house and property and can’t wait to take our kids back. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, gorgeous outlook and of course a lovely pool to swim in. We had a great time playing pool in the entertainment room and even enjoyed a board game that was in the cupboard. Absolutely loved having the resident horse - we called him Frank! Only a 5min drive to the tavern, straight off the highway. Highly recommend.

Fantastic group accommodation

We were in Coffs for a sport tournament - two families staying together plus some grandparents. Everyone had plenty of space. Kids loved the pony and the pool with slide. Convenient to all if Coffs but quiet and peaceful place to stay. Very well equipped. Thanks for a great weekend!

Annual getaway with friends to different locations. This house had great spaces, lovely pool and outdoor entertainment areas. However it’s cleanliness not up to scratch. No power point in ensuite bathroom, spiderweb everywhere, cockroaches seen on several occasions, saw mice that had bitten into fruit. Host when contacted very helpful. Feel aircon in main area would be helpful . Overall a great house for a family or friends getaway. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful stay

The property was stunning and allowed for a lot of relaxation. The house was big enough for each guest to take space. Shadow was a huge hit with our toddler, and of course the pool slide! The only downside for us was the spiral stair case to the master bedroom. We are smaller people and struggled getting up and down with our toddler, bags etc.

Little piece of paradise

Our extended family of 11 couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to wind down and relax. All the different sitting areas and outdoor spaces, the pool room, the decks, the horse, all the wildlife - just a beautiful place all round. A bit too cold for us to use the pool but it’d be fantastic in summer. Communication and check in was such an easy process. Highly recommend!

Relaxing holiday

Ideal family get together, the location and house would have to be the best holiday we have had. The house is well fitted out with all you would need and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals etc, plenty of room and very spacious, the pool and the outside deck are great to relax, even if not swimming. The horse and kangaroos and bird life are an added bonus. Plenty of room outside for family fun , cricket etc. A great firepit but we ran out of time to use it. Rowland was very quick to respond if we needed anything. We would definitely come back again.
