This was a great place to stay! Terrific location, within easy walking distance of the village shops and restaurants. A very cozy, well equipped property. It was perfect for my wife and I. We especially loved the porch and swing with a view of the river.

We loved this property and staying here. We enjoyed strolling downtown and being so close to things that we were able to walk. My husband was able to take work calls out on the adorable balcony area. Quaint apartment in convenient location

This apartment was super cute- love the style/decor. We are in town to jump on a cruise the next day, so a quick stay. Loved how it was walkable to cocoa village. The map is deceiving- it’s so much closer than you think! Loved that. Quiet location, but on a busy intersection at night. Overall- a great location and would come back.
