Beautiful hotel! Definitely my hotel of choice in Grand Turk. I’ve been taking staycations here recently and it’s always a good time. The owners of the hotel are very hospitable and I really appreciate that. I had an emergency during my stay and ended up at the hospital. After a long sleepless night and being discharged close to checkout I sent my friend to ask if it’s possible for us to have a later check out time. The owners were only concerned about me and my well-being. They told my friend not to worry and to take us much time as we needed. When we were ready to leave all we had to do was leave the key in the room. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated that. We were both so exhausted we snuck in a quick nap before leaving. The rooms are nice and air-conditioned. I love that the water gets super hot because I enjoy taking steamy showers. I don’t think any of the rooms have smart TVs however mine came with an HDMI cord that I used to connect my laptop to the TV so I can watch Netflix. The food is a bit pricey but it’s always delicious! Theres a pool, hammocks and friendly horses and donkeys that frolic the hotel. There’s also a live band that plays for the resort on the weekend. Honestly, I cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and the owners. Just book already lol. I promise you will not regret your stay.
The most unique aspect of Bohio Dive Resort (besides the serene and picturesque location) is the staff’s ability to make you feel right at home! It’s all in the name! The food was amazing (the best cracked conch with a side of fresh fruit money could buy). The free outdoor water sports equipment and hammocks were in fantastic condition. WiFi worked proficiently well throughout the resort. The relationship between Bohio Dive and the medical center(covid testing site) was harmonious and well established, as was the resort’s relationship with transportation to/from the airport. I had a phenomenal Discover Scuba excursion, as well as highly entertaining off site adventures through Grand Turk! The only thing I hated was leaving. Then I was reminded to “Just Breathe”!
One of, it not the most beautiful resorts I've stayed at. The owners are very present, kind, and helpful. The bar and restaurant service, I have mixed reviews. Don't get me wrong, Bohio would be my first choice if I was to stay again in Grand Turk, but more engagement and friendly service could be an improvement. I think the prices for food and drinks are very reasonable considering all the talk about how expensive Grand Turk is.
The resort had everything you need onsite from exploring the water to the land. Lastly the rooms could be better with not the most comfortable beds and damaged flooring, but again it would not stop me from going again. You can not beat the views and location. I highly recommend.

The help at the reception desk was excellent. Everyone was very friendly, the environment was great. Although the food was pricey, it was definitely worth the cost. AC in the room was a bit loud but nothing too bothersome; nothing that interfered with our rest that night. Thank you for having us!
We had an amazing experience staying at the Bohio Dive hotel. As the sign say “Welcome come as a guest leaves as family”

Diving was great! DJ, our dive master was wonderful. Resort staff were very nice. Restaurant menu is very limited & expensive. We got bit terribly by “no seeums” or sand fleas & mosquitoes. They did provide deet but it didn’t help much.
The SCUBA diving is awesome. Snorkeling off the beach was just OK. The food was great but much more pricy than I had expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a grocery store 10 minutes away and a refrigerator in room. A microwave is available if you go to the kitchen area. No coffee in room but complimentary coffee and tea is available all day at the restaurant bar. Taxi service to/from airport and shops at the cruise ship harbor is $8 per person each way. Tuesday nite movie outside at the beach bar was fun, complete with popcorn. A/C and ceiling fan kept the room very comfortable. All rooms are ocean view. SCUBA diving is $70 per dive or $135 for two tanks. SCUBA lessons available. a rental BCD and regulator was $18 and $12 per day respectively. Dive boats leave from the hotel at 9AM and 11AM. Special arrangements and nite diving also available. We had a great time.
What was unique about this property was the sense of community. We felt like part of the culture and community because of the relationships we developed and people we met while visiting. It is not the Ritz Carlton but it is a place of community. If you prefer that choose this over the main island. My only requests are that rooms were a bit cleaner and that there was a provision of transportation day to day as part of the all inclusive package, even if it was just the bicycles.
Dirty pillows, sheets, bath tub,no room service, no phone in room, no tv/cable, wifi is present but unable to use due to poor connection. Save your money and go to a better resort. In addition management is unbearable if you want to relax and not be bothered, not the resort for you. Everytime you walk outside management will harass you. Since no phone in room you have to walk to front desk to ask them to go places and they try to interfere with where you want to go. Food is also terrible and pricey. No quality. The design of the place and the beach is nice but this hotel is far from recommend .
ROOMS ARE NOT BEACHFRONT!
HOTEL IS NOT ON MAINLAND!
We purchased a beachfront room. The room we were assigned is room 12. It is in the back of the property with a view of a donkey, a mud puddle and a building with laundry hanging on a line. See photos!
The room is moldy. The air conditioner is rusted and not in good condition to service the room. We were afraid to get sick from the air blowing in from it. The room smelled TERRIBLE!
The furniture is old, rotted looking and the bed was dirty and lumpy. The toilet made a loud sound for minutes after it was flushed.
The pool is dirty and looks like something in the back of an abandoned home. The beach chairs are old, chipped and many in disrepair.
The owners/managers are RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! When we asked about purchasing a beachfront room and getting a room with a view of a puddle, donkey and laundry, they ordered us to leave and said they took offense to being questioned. ALL ROOMS ARE FACING THE SIDE of the small beach area, NOT BEACHFRONT! They should have been very embarrassed to bait and switch customers! They stole our money by ordering us to leave. We had to purchase a new hotel last minute. The hotel we moved to is lovely and this is a lovely quiet island. It is only Bohio that is trashy!
Stay away from Bohio if you value your money and vacation experience! They treat customers horribly and are dishonest about the rooms!
The dive trips were amazing - great reefs, friendly and helpful staff, and so convenient and well planned. The rooms were nice. The restaurant had good food and drinks as well.
My daughter and I spent 4 nights at the loveley Bohio and could not have been happier. We were greeted by the driver Jacque as soon as landing on the beautiful Grand Turk, even though we arrived a little early. The short drive was so nice. The manager Tom walked us to our clean comfy room asap. Thoughtfully a gentleman carried our bags. The beach is so private with white sand and tourquoise waters. Looking out you can see the 7000ft drop at the reef so unique. The small group of people also there were very friendly. There were divers of all ages, it was fun to watch them everyday. We snorkled and swam with such amazing fish, seeing the bottom and driven out with captain Mike and Pablo who along with all of the staff, Wanda our waitress always smiling as well as all the people working there-and our food was DELICIOUS everyday. Ive never seen lobster tails so big! Rosie the bartender was so great, drinks were priced well. The music and atmosphere was such a relaxing time. Venturing out to the store was quick and easy. The sweet island dogs and burros were a delight, so clean and well behaved. People on this island take great care to be helpful and keep the Island a great place to visit. There are so many things we enjoyed especially our sunset boatride with Nate that Ginny the manager organized. She was such a wonderful face to see everyday, very organized and going out of her way to make your stay perfect whatever you needed. Any questions or plans were arranged and easy. ❤️
This place is amazing. It has a natural beautiful setting. Every room is an ocean view. The rooms are a little basic but it goes with the charm of the small island atmosphere. Only issue we had, there was no phone or room service. And the smoke alarm in the room kept going off. We notified management that first day but the problem continued. Also there is no wait service when laying on the beach. We kept having to go to the bar for drinks. I love it though. Can’t wait to go back.
This property was what I call "Paradise". I felt at home and it made me feel beyond relaxed. You could tell it was decorated with attention to detail has the feel of a beach house. It has an amazing staff Scott, Rosie, Wanda, Corina, Pablo and Fox made my stay beyond idea it was memorable from day one! The beach is amazing the location perfect. Clean classy diamond in the ruff...Its my place to visit for a perfect vacation.

Stayes there with my wife & my 10 years old son, room condition is -1 to rate if 1 (poor) to 5 (excellent)!
cockroaches - seen 1 about 1/4” 1st thing when we check in the room, after the dinner we got back to the room turn on the light more than 10 cockroaches on top & around the small refrigerator I killed at least 5 some of them are 1/2”! We asked for switching room but ours was the last & all rooms sold, we were switched to a suite for 1 night & next day to return back to our room with full of Insecticide smell. We did not see cockroach next day but we continue seeing 1 or 2 small one a day after everyday. Big one about 1.5” can be found in public area or in front of the room between the wood flooring. ‘well there is Caribbean’, the owner said...
Bedsheet smells, toilet is disgusting, the lowest temperature of the a/c is 79F/26C constantly, water dripping (inside the room) & the noise sounds like rocket! I told my wife to choose noise or hot to sleep we all suffered from hot/humid only 1st night but we all slept with the rocket the rest of the trip...
Child safety is an issue,
- we were arranged to the room on 2nd floor the 3 room we walked about 10 steps but along the corridor in open area there’s only a wooden armrest about 3 feet tall to hold but empty between kids could fall to ground floor by accident!
- the metal mattress frame about 5” long stick out at each corner we all 3 hit & scratch out leg!
1 thing good is the diving, loved Mr DJ!
