We always stay here during our drive from St. Louis to the Syracuse area. We are so happy that we found you! Everyone is always so very welcoming and hospitable. The rooms are so clean, cozy, spacious and reasonable. We always rest very well, prior to getting up early the next day and resuming the rest of our drive. We adore Noosa Bistro across the street! We often get up before the breakfast area opens; however, the workers there are always so very kind and gracious. They offer us coffee, of course, and then ask if we wish to take anything with us to eat as we prepare to hit the road. Thank you for always going the extra mile. We highly recommend and will certainly be back!

Our Residence Inn Mentor stay was very comfortable. It's location is convenient for visiting Cleveland's University Circle and Kirtland's Holden Arboretum. Staff was wonderful! AND the inn allows pets which is a big help to our family.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was a great size and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom door wouldn't close, not a huge deal for our family, just was annoying. Breakfast was nice a d had some different options
