Like nothing about it, it was nasty no more service graffiti on windows nasty words two towels ants two was cloths from Thursday till Sunday plus wanted too pay 20.00 extra at check out but didn’t pay it

When I got here there was no one in the office for me to check in I had already booked and paid before I got here finally after an hour I got to a room I got in the room no pillowcases no TV and no one at the front desk to help me I'm not satisfied

I wasn’t allowed to check in. I received no notice when I was booking the room that there was a cutoff time for check in. Once I arrived at 9:07pm, I was informed they closed at 9pm and was not allowed to check in. I was also informed that there were no vacancies and no record of my booking.

ove this design

the place was great however the fixtures could use some sprousing up a bit. Loved the antique design and everything yet need newer beds and more pillows. Two medium pillows for a king size bed is just not going to cut it!

This is not a hotel this is a rundown apartment complex. There was a car sitting on blocks with no wheels in the parking lot. Thankfully the women at the front desk told us to see if the room was to our liking. On the way to find it which we never did we witnessed a drug deal. When we told the woman at the front desk we would not be staying she said she was not surprised and it was her last night working there. This place needs shut down

OK stay for the price

The receptionist was very friendly and courteous. The stairs leading up to the 2nd floor to our room was filthy. Ppl had trash bags left outside their rooms. Our room had no container for trash, toilet seat was broken and next to the bed was stickiness on the floor. Ppl had been on the roof smoking despite it being the nonsmoking section.

Waited 45 minutes before finding an employee to check us in. Too much prostitution and drugs and violence. Didn't need to use key cards - card readers were broken. Outside lighting at night was extremely poor. Mutiple police were there for multiple problems. IT SUCKED - NEVER AGAIN. Place was filthy, also.

The room was stuck in 1990 but a great room for the price. The bed was wonderful. The view was amazing. Gorgeous sunset. I will stay again.

DISAPPOINTED & DISSATISFIED😔

I had made a reservation for a King Bed / Smoking / exterior and was confirmed with all of the above and free breakfast; however, when I arrived the lady didn’t even stand up to greet us (she was pleasant though) but then we found out restaurant was closed (sign out side mentioned something about a restaurant) looked ages old. We were told that there were no smoking rooms and no king size rooms available (but our confirmation clearly stated that we had one reserved) and that sometimes they are over booked (parking lot was empty) so not sure what she meant by that. Floors were Nasty, all kind of clutter and dirt on floor behind reception area. Phones in rooms didn’t work. Was very staticky. Hallway was musty. Was read a sheet of rules by attendant and basically said no drugs and no prostitution? WHAT KIND OF WELCOME IS THAT?? If it wouldn’t have been so late I would have just canceled. The atmosphere was something from the dark ages and very eerie. A young guest came to the front desk while we were checking in and asked for toilet paper and was told there wasn’t any?!? How sad for a guest. No employees are on premises after 11pm? What would a guest do in the event of an emergency? I would definitely like to request a refund immediately to my card. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I’m sorry to sound negative but it’s the truth. Again I’m sorry but please refund my money for my two nights. Thank you

I didnt like ANYTHING about this motel! The room that they placed us in wasnt even supposed to be rented out yet because it wasnt ready yet due to the bathtub not draining AT ALL.. We wasnt given a key because 4 different times we went to have the key reset it wouldnt work. So we had no key to the room therefore wasnt able to leave. Because of that we were forced too sit outside the room to wait on the lady at the desk to come let us in. Which it took her a total of 45 minutes to get from the office to our room, there was noone at all around so no reason it should have taken that long. Go into the room to notice that this room was unbelievable.!! We had no trash can, no ashtray in a smoking room(not like that is a big problem), no phone, had a plunger an plumbing snake left in the tub which i had to use in order to take a shower.. the floors were dirty an the bed were made but who knows if they were clean. Then we went to talk to manager about room to see about getting a night on them or half off another night an he said ni your money is no good here we dont need it. Then he proceeded to tell me to be out by 3pm. He made me feel as if he is not taking responsibility for renting us a room that was not readly to be occupied! The managements attitude about the situation was poor an not understanding. This was by far the WORST experience i have ever had an feel like we shouldn't have had to worry about ANY of that!
