Quite possibly the nastiest and most unsafe motel I’ve ever stayed in.
NOTHING about the hotel was clean, nor was the area around it safe. Next door to a very shady gas station.. very loud, and just distasteful in general.
This place was just atrocious
Was very run down. Old mattress and other junk leaning against outside wall. AC struggled to keep up on the hot day. Lobby STILL closed.
Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Room showed damage and some light switches did not work. Safety latch on door broken, parts missing.
Was very surprised at the run down condition as the area is nice.
The worst place ever stayed at and would not recommend. Door locks broken, stained carpeting, musty, noisy incremental air unit that only spewed hot air, short sheeted beds, even the door was cracked. Nothing but a total rip off
. Staff was very nice but the room was the worst motel room I have ever been in. The smell hits you in the face as soon as I opened the door. The smell was so bad started vomiting. Very old and outdated . please stay away from this place
I had to buy deodorizers and plug in to counterize the musky smell. The tub was really high to step in to it and the worst thing was the water temperature was almost cold. It was not even real warm. It was terrible.
The pictures made it look nice but is was very bad. Didn't even stay. Looked like a room that drug addicts would stay in. Horrible place. I was looking for crime scene. The lady at the desk was Super friendly and caring so for that I would give them one star
There was no previsions for Disabled Americans veterans, had to get someone to help with my bags. Could not get my wheel scooter to my room. They said there was not anything they could do for me. The water in the bathroom sink did not work.
Don't do it. No fridge at all. Staff brought a fridge at midnight. Then that Fridge didn't work. Microwave didn't work. Rude staff. Pool was advertised. Pool is closed. Filthy. Two towels for 4 people. TV had few channels and remote didn't work half the time. We survived but not comfortably
Every single person that i met on staff here are truly nice people with caring hearts for others. Im so glad that the first hotel booking fell through. The ladies who work here go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Thank you
When we walked in the room it had a very musty smell. Also when we went to shut the door it was not very secure we had to slam it to get it shut and I was not sure if it was going to stay that way. Only good thing here is the waffle maker
I booked a room way in advance. When we got there she moved us 3 times before we even got keys. The place was dirty, roaches, no towels or wash clothes and wholes in ceilings. Got refund and left!!!
The check-in was quick and easy. We requested a room close to some other members of our party, and the front desk was accommodating.
Once we got to our room, the musty smell was overwhelming. We had to leave the door open and stand on the balcony for quite a while, and that didn't really help. We were only going to be there for a few hours, so we decided to go on to bed.
We went downstairs to check out the breakfast, and after deciding we didn't want anything, (both adults are dieting-it had nothing to do with the breakfast), we proceeded back to our room to gather our stuff and get going. When we got back to our room, our room key would not work. After three trips to the front desk, they sent maintenance up with the actual key rather than a card. This wouldn't work either. We had a specific time to be somewhere in Cleveland that morning, so I told the maintenance we would be back in 30-45 minutes. When we got back, there was a gentleman at our room with screwdrivers and a pry bar trying to pry open the door because they could not get in. The manager told us that we would not be charged, so we took that as they were going to refund us for the trouble. When we inquired about how to get the refund, they informed us that they weren't refunding us. That was fine except for the general attitude of the front desk. Then they proceeded to inform us that they weren't going to charge us for another night!!! No kidding we told them. It took three trips back to get our belongings.
