Great place, they just redid the rooms!! Very very quiet , which i love!! Owners are amazing , I've stayed here a few times and enjoyed it everytime!! Oh and i had an excellent burger at the restaurant!!! Definitely will be staying there again. Bonus , I opened the door sunday morning to deers grazing in the field 100 ft away!!! AWESOME!!!! Just ask for Savannah shes great!!!

Beautiful property in Claryville, quiet and remote, with easy access to great hiking. The brewery on site is a great bonus, since there is not much else around commercially. Highly recommend for anyone in search of an oasis.

There was no one at the facility! I happened to run into an employee dropping by and he pointed me toward a room that had been prepared: there was no formal check-in or check-out at all! ROom was clean and well prepared. No food within a half hour drive (the restaurant advertised was closed).

I made the reservation here as a bridge stop on my way into the Catskill Mountain for a few days and I'm so glad I did. It's remote -- the town of Claryville is like much of the Catskill mountains -- I was in Phonecia for several days last summer -- in that towns seem to lack a town center or even a substantive grocery store or restaurants. I was also warned that cell phone reception my not exist -- this was the case. However, the Blue Hill Mountain Lodge had a very nice restaurant and bar with attached art gallery. there were several families with young children there dining and enjoying the large porches and outside picnic tables and as the night came on, quite a few groups and couples came to dine and enjoy the music and atmosphere. I stayed in one of four small cabins -- sort of a little strip of rooms on site. Furnishings were simple -- two queen beds in my room, a large armchair/ottoman, small desk and cable tv. i thought the prices for food and drink were very fair -- $8/glass of wine; i had a grilled chicken salad for $15 which seemed fair. The waitstaff were great -- Juliana was at the bar and also got me checked into my room.
