Really lovely place, really clean and tidy, very comfy and luxurious. The lady who owns it was so friendly to us. She gave us a drink when we arrived. We parked the car safely in their big barn. Dinner was delicious. We had a really good nights sleep!

What a find! The owners have combined their family heirlooms with modern facilities most charmingly in their farmhouse. Beautiful gardens and thoughtfully arranged outdoor spaces. A most sympathetic and friendly hostess. Our evening meal was home cooked with vegetables and fruit from their potager. This will be our default stopover and we fully intend to stay a few nights and explore the area by bicycle in the future.

A great stop although only for one night. Valerie the host was great. It is not clear from the website but Valerie explained that if you require an evening meal it must be booked the day before to allow time.

An enchanting respite.

This is a wonderful bed and breakfast. After a long drive, we arrived at night to a beautiful welcome, Valerie and her husband were warm and attentive and made us feel relaxed immediately. The house is enchanting: you park in the farm area and walk through a farm building to the property and it reveals itself like magic, arising from manicured gardens and soft lighting. The decor is charming and stylish and the food is delicious. Sourced from home grown vegetables and local produce.

Fabulous

This hotel is the place to stay for peace and quiet. It's was lovely to sit in the garden, chatting to the other guests, with a lovely glass of wine. We didn't order dinner but it looked and smelled delicious. Order dinner if you don't want to go out and just relax. We are staying again on our return from the south of France it is that lovely.

Omtanke och möten med nya människor

Här, precis som på många andra B&B, ingår du i ett socialt sammanhang. Drinken och måltiderna intas gemensamt med övriga gäster (totalt tre rum). Middagen var enkel men utsökt, många råvaror kom från gården och närområden, Champagnen från en släkting. Madame och hennes man är hjälpsamma, har humor och talar hygglig engelska. Vi förstår de som återkommer, år efter år. Miljön är verkligen lantlig, inte en affär i närheten. Vill ni äta lunch på en söndag så se till att åka iväg under den officiella lunchtiden i Frankrike, sedan är allt stängt. Vi minns vår vistelse med glädje, så många trevliga människor, så många samtal och så god mat!
