Close to several restaurants and waterfront Francesca was very helpful Arranged pick up at Roma airport, taxi to cruise port right to ship and has arranged for pick up when we return to Rome airport hotel Very quick to respond in WhatsApp Room was very clean and you could sit on the rooftop during day or at night

Excellent stay! The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained. Everything was exactly as expected, and I had a very relaxing experience. The staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their excellent service really made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

This place was truly a gem from hospitality to accommodations we stayed for one day before our cruise sail date and i couldn’t ask for a better stay Location was central to port and downtown shopping museums and restaurants Hosts were extremely friendly and allowed us to check in early and stay late They even helped us secure transfer from airport at a very reasonable price And transfer from hotel to port This place needs 10stars !

Francesca, our property manager, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She contacted us days prior, and gave us places to store our luggage upon arrival due to us arriving to Civitavecchia early (this is more of a guest house and not a hotel, so there is not a place to store luggage until you check in). We completely forgot to bring a power adapter (we are from America, and were boarding an American-operated cruise line, so didn’t think to pack one) and Francesca kindly let us borrow hers without issue. The room was very clean, modern, and kept up to date; it was quaint, but exactly what we needed before boarding our cruise. The A/C unit ran very well once we had it going for a little while. Overall, we think it was a great place to stay near the cruise port for the affordable price we paid.

My hubby and I stayed in this lovely room prior to departing on our cruise, and we had such a wonderful experience! Francesca is an amazing host. She was in contact with me before we even left the States to make sure transportation was arranged from the airport to our hotel in Civitavecchia. Unfortunately, our original transportation plans didn’t work out because our driver was involved in an accident. But let me tell you—Francesca pivoted!!! She made sure we arrived safely and even spoke directly with our new driver to ensure he knew exactly where to take us. When we arrived, Francesca and her lovely daughter warmly welcomed us, gave us a thorough tour, provided us with our keys, and made sure we knew we could reach out if we needed anything. We also had a mishap with our luggage, and once again, Francesca went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay. Her kindness, communication, and willingness to help made such a difference, especially after traveling for more than 10 hours. The location is also very convenient. It’s within walking distance of the pier and not too far from the train station. And my absolute FAVORITE feature??? The giant jacuzzi tub! After 10+ hours of flying, that jacuzzi was EVERYTHING!!! 🙌 I highly recommend Francesca’s place, especially if you’re staying in Civitavecchia before or after a cruise. She truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. Would I stay here again? Y-E-S!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Read the description! This property is a guest house a well appointed apartment with five ensuites. The rooms are clean and comfortable. A common kitchen is shared by the five suites. There are excellent eateries close walks from the guest house If you are hopping on a cruise you may walk to the shuttle station. The station is four quick blocks easily navigable, down hill. End of street L, past school R and to the cruise shuttle station
