"This is an excellent location if you are staying pre-cruise. Convenient to shops and restaurants and beach and sightseeing. The bed was very hard, the tv didn’t work and the staff was gone by the time I realized it. It got fixed the next day. I already wrote about the fact that the staff did not review how to open the door to leave the property. No one was there to help m. My phone was connecting to her phone number. I finally took the risk to press the red button that did release door. I asked that they post a sign to tell guests what to do. It was done later that day. I did not have any breakfast there. The toaster did over toast and the hallway smelled of burnt toast both mornings. The second night someone was banging on the inside locked door to be let in. This went on for 15 minutes. Again , scary as there is no staff, no security. Guests need to understand that after you are welcomed and checked in, staff leaves and returns the next morning to coordinate breakfast, and that day’s departures. "

"Family run, great ambiance you feel a taste of Italian culture here. Not new but clean and well kept. Also shuttle for FCO and the cruise port. Staff very accommodating and friendly."

"This hotel was a perfect place to stay overnight before out cruise. It was a bit further from the waterfront than anticipated but still a doable walk. They have a free shuttle to their sister restaurant for dinner which was a nice perk after a tiring day of travel. The owner was very friendly and welcoming."

"I don’t know if this is the case for all rooms, but in our situation it felt more like a shared apartment with strangers. We shared the same kitchen, while the bedrooms and bathrooms were separate. Unfortunately, the walls were not soundproof at all, so we barely slept during the two nights we stayed there. The floors also didn’t seem very clean, which made it uncomfortable to walk barefoot. That said, the location is great and the price is reasonable."

"This was the perfect stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. We loved that we could use the hook ups to charge our phones, We also found the filtered and sparkling water from the tap very refreshing. We booked at cruise and the buses to the port were just down the street within walking distance. We would definitely recommend this spot and we may be booking again in the future."

"The room was very clean a bit small but perfect for one night. It was on the main strip so very convenient as far as places to eat and things to do. The website for the hotel does say there is a restaurant on site and there is not! That was a big turn off for me. The other thing that really put a damper on my stay was I asked the front desk to please call me a taxi to get to the cruise ship and he would not do it. He said I should have had a reservation and told me to walk to the train station. Thank goodness we were able to walk to the train station and get a bus. I would probably never stay here again just because he would not help me when I really needed it."
