Felt very safe but had to get someone to open the gate every time I wanted to leave or come back on the property. Mini fridge in room but needs a microwave. Hot water. Took out garbage and made bed when requested but never changed out towel or cleaned while I was out without asking.

Neighborhood is under development you can see Macdonald’s from there but municipalities need to work on roads leading to the place, price is not expensive but you will get what you pay for. Friendly staff but seems like they exagerate safety at their gate.

This hotel shouldn't be an option to book

The hotel was in a horrible location and was difficult to fund. Way into the neighborhood, good luck getting a taxi there. When we arrived the hotel manager stopped us from entering and said that he allowed the previous guests to stay another night and did not have a room for us. I had already paid online through orbitz. He said to go ahead and cancelled and I couldn't since my 24 hour cancellation period ended. He didn't want to cancel the booking on his end. It was stressful trying to Find a hotel at the last minute especially when all the hotels near the consulate are at Full Capacity. I had to book 20 minutes away which was inconvenient. Orbitz Customer Care was Great !!! They listened and returned my money.

The staff were very helpful!!!

Had a good experience at this hotel. We felt safe staying here and the room was comfortable it had enough space. They took us to were we needed to go. I would choose consul suites again if i would to come back. I definately recommend this place to everyone!!!

Made my reservesation online morning of my arrival day. I get to the hotel just find out they are completely booked don't understand how this happens we you advertise there are rooms available. Need my money returned!!

my opinons for others

not good at all. there was no cleaning everyday like they told me and, you have to pay an extra 200 pesos to get the tv remote control and there is no refridgearator in the room. I would not go back to this hotel. I would not reccomend it.
