This place is very close to shopping area and friendship bridge. The area is very quiet. Staffs are incredible. They speak very little English but they really try to answer the questions. Car parking is great

My one bed room was small. Small bathroom and sink. Breakfast was okay, fruit, pastries, scrambled eggs, sliced cold cut meats, cereals, milk, coffee, tea, orange juice. Check in and out was easy.

The room pics are totally false advertising!!! Staff was rude and condescending, right after checking I was giving one room key that looks like a mailbox key, I asked if they had an additional key, they say absolutely refused! It’s not hotel policy, parking was inside, however they asked for cars keys to stay at the front desk in case they have to move the car??!!! It’s the rules of the property, then they are not responsible for any lost or stolen item in the car or if a car gets damaged in the property, went to the room and the door wasn’t locked nor it could be locked, door looked like someone vandalized the room has a huge hole in the door the went to the other side covered with paper, door couldn’t be closed or locked, did not feel safe at at all, requested another room because of not feeling safe there 3 women not being able to close door even, tiny bathroom and very old and dirty and dingy, totally not what I was accustomed too with hotels.com thus was a nightmare place!! Checked out and was charged anyway not to mention I had to look for a new hotel, this was insanely unsafe, dangerous and dirty.

Bom custo x benefício. Quarto bom, e chuveiro excelente. O que é péssimo, não tem janela externa.... só 1 janela que dá para o corredor. Todo mundo que passa, tem acesso visual ao seu quarto.... e o café da manhã, se não chegar cedo, fica sem a maioria dos itens. Reposição da comida, bem precária. Check-out 10h da manhã.... absurdamente cedo!!! Tem opções melhores, no mesmo valor.

Localização boa, embora poucas opções de restaurantes perto principalmente para o jantar, mas o restaurante dispõe de refeições, funcionários excelentes e bem receptivos, tem estacionamento com manobrista, o cage da manhã me decepcionou um pouco, mas eu comprei alguns queijos para complementar. Ate o centro principal de compras da para or a pe e embora a paisagem possa assustar um pouco nao tive e nem vi qualquer tipo de situação perigosa.

Péssima hospedagem. Não sei como a HOTEIS.COM mantém um hotel assim. Além de ser muito ruim, valor alto e não condiz com um hotel. Fotos não mostram o que é o hotel. Tudo muito ruim. Banheiro com vazamento, café da manhã horrível, acomodações péssimas entre tantas outras coisas. Funcionários sem uniforme e não dava pra saber quem era funcionário do hotel. O mesmo funcionário q estava na recepção era o que estava na cozinha, enfim, muito ruim. Deixo meus comentários para os que pretendem ir que pensem em não ir porque terão uma experiência extremamente negativa. Vocês pedem fotos do hotel mas como já sai do hotel não tenho fotos infelizmente.
