You're in the middle of paradise here! Totally beautiful and serene. This is tea country with tea plantations surrounding the area My only complaint was at the restaurant which charged me almost USD 3 for green tea! Apparently, the only free tea is one local brand but since they are in tea country, I believe they could do better by offering what is local.

Het verblijf was fijn, maar had meer van het resort verwacht. Had idee dat het iets luxer 4 sterrenhotel was. De kamer en hotel waren op veel plaatsen aan renovatie toe. Het licht en lek in wastafel moesten 2x gerepareerd worden. Het is eigenlijk gewoon veel te duur. Het minste was dat je bij checkin borg moet betalen. Dat heb ik al jaren niet meegemaakt. Helaas ging er een mok kapot. Wilde ze 200.000rp voor hebben, terwijl het hen misschien 20.000 kost. Uiteindelijk heb ik niet hoeven betalen, maar dit moet het management meteen veranderen voor anderen. Niet servicegericht! Er was ook veel wel goed. Het uitzicht was mooi. Bed comfortabel. Ontbijt was lekker. Het personeel was aardig. Het cafe en resaurant clubhuis en lake restaurant waren mooi gelegen in het bos vlakbij. Ps er is een shuttle service naartoe...

We stayed in villa with 3 rooms for 3 night. We got problems with water heater, internet connection, TV, and intercom in day 2 so that totally we can’t do anything there and outside is raining. The sad thing we called the services, it is so slow and need to call many times.

タマンサファリの前後に最適です

タマンサファリに非常に近く、なかなか綺麗で景色が良く朝食も美味しく日本人に合うものなので、この値段で渋滞を避けられ非常に良かったです。前泊、後泊にオススメします。Wi-Fiは全く駄目ですが私の部屋ではBOLTが使えました。虫もそんなに気になりません。屋外プールは思ったより小さく冷たいですが、プレイグラウンドのトランポリンなど小さい子供が体を動かすところはあります。そのほか、全体にインドネシア基準で考えたら平均以上といえます。（もちろん、日本基準だとツッコミどころ満載です）私は前泊に使いましたが近すぎて渋滞がなく、あっというまに着いてしまいサファリホテルの駐車場に入れられてしまって、駐車場の出口の渋滞で１時間近くロスしました。。。

ヴィラに泊まりました。部屋はきれいで気持ちよく過ごせました。気になった点はバスタブがなかったとこ。ヴィラまでグレードアップしてお金を払っているので、バスタブはあってもいいのではと思いました。 残念な点は、サービス。まず、ルームサービスの担当者が英語がほとんど喋れすインドネシア語で話して下さいという状況。四つ星でこれはどうかと。 次に館内設備を示した部屋に置いてある館内案内が情報不足。もっと館内を探索したくなるような案内にすべき。また、マッサージの価格も改訂前であった。 また、ホテルの名前にSPAと唄っていながら、マッサージは可もなく不可もなくで、その後体に着いたオイルを洗うシャワーがマッサージ部屋に付いておらず、自分の部屋に戻らなければならない。また、SPAと言う割にジャグジーはない。 プンチャックという立地もあると思いますが、サービス頑張って下さい

Terrible Service but Nice hotel.

The hotel is beautiful but the service is terrible. I make request for high floor and they gave me the first floor with worst view ever. The swimming pool was empty during my stay and the the room was very simple. Apart from this i would say that the hotel itself is nice and the view is amazing.

When I reached the hotle I supprised, my villa (surprier villa) maintains 3 single beds which is not enough for 4 people. But the manager was so helpful his name is Akbar and he upgraded my booking to bigger villa for free.

The location of this resort is good and nearby Taman Safari Indonesia which is the destination we want to go. They offer food and beverages with affordable price. They also have kids playground which is good thing when you travel with two kids.

Keunggulan hotel ini adalah alam & pemandangannya yang indah, sesuai dengan nama hotelnya. Fasilitas hotel bagus, hanya kolam renangnya agak kecil. Kamar bersih & nyaman. Juga ada sepeda gratis utk berkeliling. Menu breakfast perlu ditambah variasinya, misalnya beefbacon utk western breakfast. Pastry nya luar biasa, renyah & harum.

relaxing and nice hotel .

One of the bast hotel in Puncak , quite and relaxing so far from the noise , beatiful forest and good view , I recommended for couples . Nice and polite staff .. I didn't like some food that I orderd in midnight iand who cooked the pasta is the worst ,no taste at all and the food are expensive comparing to other hotel , bath room get wet every time I use shower , need to be approved
