Hotel lumayan

Untuk harga yg ditawarkan, masih banyak pilihan hotel yg lebih baik. Jauh lebih baik. Saya mendapat kamar cottage view swimpool namun kamar nya bocor. Krn view-nya bagus sy tetap paksakan. Dan telp kamar jg rusak. Tdk bisa hubungi siapa2. Hrsnya pihak hotel memperbaikinya jauh2 hari.. Selebihnya standar aja tak ada yg istimewa.

Liburan ang kurang menikmati.

Pada waktu aku datang ke hotel untuk reservasi, keliatannya petugas yang melayani tidak sigap, keliatan masih bingung, sudah itu saya kebetulan bawa istri dan anak ang masih usia 1,5 th, sebelumnya saya sudah reques, minta kamar dibawah, no smoking, dan doble bed, waktu saya dateng dan reservasi dikasih kamar yang tidak sesuai, alasannya sudah dibooking, lho saya bilang, saya juga sudah booking dari tgl 17 januari 2016, 3 minggu sebelum waktu saya menginap, sudah gitu akhirnya saya dikasih kamar no.116, lumayan bersih,cuma krannya sudah lepas, wastafel mampet, mau minum teh atau kopi aja gak disediain di kamar, jadi bener bener kamar polos oh ada air ineral 2 botol kecil. sudah gitu mau pesen makanan di resto panoramana, manunya gak variatif, jadi gak selera, akhirnya setiap mau kana kita keluar hotel,padahal aku ngebayanginnya bisa istirahat sampil liburan di hotel, tapi gak nyaman, oh ya, kolam renangnya juga kotor, kurang bersih. jujur saja saya kurang menikmati nginap dan liburan di parama, mungkin parama perlu merubah sistem pelayanan dan kebersihannya. terima kasih.
