"The room was clean and great location in the West End right on the Elizabeth Line. The room comfortably fits one person but was very small by US standards. The bed was hard as a rock. The air conditioner was great!! The shower had perfect pressure with two shower heads. The his hotel is located near pubs so if you are on lower levels you will hear the sounds of the street and the pubs. I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel for quick trips."

"We love staying at Wilde hotels, and overall we had a lovely stay here. The only thing that let it down was our initial experience at reception. We arrived around 50 minutes before check-in and asked whether our room happened to be ready. We completely understood that we were early and that the answer might be no, but the response felt unnecessarily abrupt and left us with more questions when we were told that it might be ready sooner, or it might not be and to stand to the side in the meantime. Adding to the confusion, more than ten guests were also waiting in what is quite a small reception area, yet no one explained what was happening. When it reached 3pm, it seemed to be assumed that everyone would come back to the desk to collect their key, rather than anyone being told when their room was actually ready. If the hotel’s check-in process is strictly 3pm with no exceptions, that is absolutely fine, but a quick explanation would have made the experience feel much more welcoming and organised. Instead, we were left hanging around feeling a little unsure of what was happening. It was a shame for the stay to begin that way, as every other member of staff we encountered was absolutely wonderful. The team at check-out were especially warm, friendly and helpful, and left us with a much more positive final impression. Despite the odd check-in experience, we would still happily stay at Wilde again."

"I am 59 so not the typical punter for a pod hotel, perhaps (!), but I was dying to try it for one night. Slept so well - comfy bed (lower nest), lovely sheets, air con. It was a bit weird in the morning being without daylight but the showers were super powerful, hot, pristine and with shampoo and body wash provided. Hairdryers too - a bit like a posh gym. I'd probably book an upper nest next time so I don't have to crawl in on my knees but I felt really safe and comfortable here. Great value!"

"My room was fairly standard but had a decent amount of space and comfortable for one person. The air conditioning was good. I had breakfast once and it was good. The stars are generally helpful. Downside is you have to ask for your room to be serviced whereas it really should be done every few days at least. I was there a whole week and asked for it to be done."

"Basic accommodation. While booking one doesn't realise one is booking student accomodation until you start searching for goole map. Lift was not working and they gave accommodation on the fourth floor. They escorted to the room using a lift next building with intervening door requiring staff pass. Asked a question how were we suppose to get down and up again? They had no answer. Finally after several hours we got accommodation in entirely different building. Not happy at all. Breakfast was full english but placed egg stiff, bacon was so stiff we had to throw it. Pastry cold and at 0945 fruit salad finished."

"As a Hilton honors member, I was not given complementary bottled water upon check-in. Once the staff was informed, I received bottled water every day for my remaining stay. Something minor really, but greatly appreciated as the weather was quite warm for that time of year in London. Weekeday breakfast could be 30 minutes longer (seating ended at 11am) to accommodate guests with mid afternoon departures from Heathrow that typically sleep in and pack later. We had to go inside Paddington station to search for a proper sit down breakfast and barely made it in time. Overall, we had pleasant experience, as this was our 4th time staying at the Hilton Paddington. We shall return!"
