Hotel owner is super friendly. They arranged our transfer to TranzAlpine station and held our luggage and items in our room at no extra charge. Effectively providing an extra night for free which was very appreciated and generous. We were walking distance to restaurants and other amenities. Very convenient place and highly recommended hotel to stay.

We had a lovely stay here before catching the train the next morning. The room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the train station. The decor is simple, but we stayed here for the ease of getting to the train. The staff were outstanding, very friendly and helpful (in spite of me not grasping things at first). For entertainment, you could access Apple TV, Disney+, Netflix and YouTube on the smart tv. They also arranged a transfer to the train station, most helpful. Would certainly stay here again.

It was our 2nd time staying at Tower Junction Motor Lodge. We really like it because it has everything we need and its within walking distance to the Mall and to the Tower Junction shopping Centre. We also appreciated the lift to our day on the TranzAlpine train.

This was a great stay for our group. We utilised their airport transfer service, they were prompt and proactive with phone contact to arrange pickup and our room was open and ready when we arrived at the accommodation. Room was clean and had everything for our needs. Staff were friendly and super helpful right up to the Railway station transfer tne next morning. Would definitely stay again. Thanks
