This was a perfect place to start our time in NZ & manage jet lag before we started travelling. We had a very comfortable sleep & the kitchen area had everything we needed. We loved the little veranda to sit & eat our breakfast & enjoy our morning coffee. There was some road noise at night time but nothing that stopped us sleeping. We highly recommend

The room was spacious and well laid out. Great addition of Nespresso coffee machine and variety of coffee,tea,etc. Comfortable King bed. Very friendly staff. Minor issue with shower running cold after a few minutes (suspect minor problem with gas pilot light). Overall, the best accomodation of the five places stayed.
