"The property is good Ruined our overall experience, the hospitality and service were extremely disappointing and fell far below what I would expect from a property of this standard It started with the key card not working for a room, and even after notifying the front desk we had to wait outside for ~30 minutes with kids. "I had an amazing stay at Anopura. It was exactly the break I needed after 10 days of wonderful but chaotic and noisy travel in India. Incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The staff, food, spa, pool, and rooms are excellent. Make sure you include at least three nights rest and relaxation at the Anopura on your Rajasthan itinerary. You will be very happy you did! "Our four-night stay at The Leela Palace Jaipur was nothing short of faultless, completely validating its global reputation as a premier luxury destination. From the meticulously curated welcome to our seamless departure, the entire experience was fine-tuned to perfection by an exceptional staff who proactively anticipated our every need. A defining highlight of our visit was an extraordinary dinner at their signature restaurant, Jamavar, where the culinary artistry and sophisticated flavors completely blew us away. The hospitality throughout the property is truly exemplary; the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was thoroughly fabulous. This majestic hotel offers an unparalleled standard of living, and we will certainly return."

Rambagh Palace

"Rambagh Palace is a gorgeous property! Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our stay there despite some issues. We booked through Expedia.com, clearly indicating one of our party members was 17 years old, but when we arrived at Rambagh Palace, the check in person was saying our son should be charged as an adult, although this did not happen at any of the other properties (Oberoi Amarvilas, Oberoi Sukhvilas and Oberoi Wildflower) we booked on Expedia.com concurrently. This was very awkward but the management finally abided by our reservation as we booked it. A couple of the dining venues forgot items we ordered, but the food was delicious and dining staff improved as our stay progressed. Also, I could not get the spa treatment I wanted because apparently the spa ran out of supplies for it. Our teen sons enjoyed the gym a lot. We appreciated the daily live music (flutist at breakfast, classical Indian music at dinner). If we are ever in back in Jaipur, we will for sure stay at Rambagh Palace again. The suites are stunning!"
