"お部屋はとても広く、十分に綺麗でベットも快適です。一方一瞬しか利用できなかったWi-Fiについてはクレームしてもチェックアウトまで約16時間一切の返信なく、とても残念な対応でした。 廊下は、隣の部屋にお住まいの小さなお子さんの遊び場と化しており、夜以外ずっとうるさい事を覚悟しなければなりません。また窓を開けていると、度々下の階からのたばこ臭が入ってくることにも忍耐が必要です。 結論として、部屋は良いのですが、外国の方にはお勧め出来ません。"

And it was a bit difficult to contact the May Homestay office, those rental agents are located at the front shops, however, you won't find May Homestay and they won't answer my call because of foreign number, lucky I go with my local friend and he ends up using Zalo (VN communication apps) to get in touch and know where exactly is their office located.
