This beautiful space overlooks a sprawling yard exploding with an array of gorgeous flowers and trees blooming throughout the year. Your outdoor Patio overlooks the Chittenden reservoir and draws your eyes to serene views of the Green Mountains. During the summer enjoy kayaking, fishing, boating, swimming, hiking, or mountain biking at the nearby Chittenden Reservoir, vast trail systems surrounding the house or Mountains close by. In the winter, dabble in ice fishing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sled rides or for the adventurers, enjoy snowmobile access to the VAST trails directly from the house or "Ski the Beast" at Killington/Pico mountain, just minutes away. Also enjoy restaurants, shopping and night life in Rutland or Killington areas. For a more pampered stay, simply walk down the hill to the Mountain Top Inn for a delicious meal, a night cap, or a spa day. The Lakoda Mountain House is perfectly located if you are attending an event at the Mountain Top but need a little more space, privacy, or looking to make it more economical for your head count.

Bedroom 1: One, Queen Bed with a walk in closet and split unit. Beautifully decorated with soft light and a rustic feel.

Bedroom 2: Two, Twin over Full Bunk Beds comfortable and spacious, perfect for the larger groups.

Living Room: Generously furnished open concept with a 65 inch Smart TV, High Speed WiFi, ceiling fan and quite possibly the most comfortable sectional ever. All furnishings are New and thoughtfully provided with our guests in mind. During the winter turn on the Gas Fireplace and enjoy the warmth with a cup of Hot Chocolate or Tea.
Perfect for a family getaway, Group outing, or Romantic retreat. Cozy up next to the Gas fireplace during the cold months and just let the serenity put you at ease.

Kitchen / Dining: Dining Room Table Comfortably seats 6, Spacious Refrigerator/Freezer, gas stove & oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker & Pods, Cookware, dishware & flatware, trash bags, paper towels and an assortment of complementary drinks provided. Open Kitchen has Large counters w/ breakfast island, crock pot, air fryer to name a few amenities.
Utilities: All toiletries provided if necessary, Iron & board, hair dryer, towels & linens, hangers, baseboard heating, Huge panoramic windows, AC/ Heat Split Units in bedrooms.

Bathroom: Completely Renovated and tastefully designed with a Jack and Jill sink to ease larger parties’ needs. Beautiful New soaking tub to spoil yourself on this retreat with Rustic finishes and all the comforts of a luxury stay.

To Note: There are Security Cameras in the front of the house, Garage, and the Rear patios. The house is located in the Green mountains and wildlife is always around. ( Please don’t feed).
Guests have access to the hot tub deck all year round, however during winter months the upper main deck is off limits.
Outside guests are not permitted on the grounds or to utilize facilities, violation of this can lead to immediate stay revocation and penalties. Guests must adhere to any local or state regulations during their stay at the LMH.
