Booked multiple times here ambit this last time they required cash payment bc they did not charge my card when I booked it like they used to and what a any other hotel does. I’m so lucky I had cash on me to pay for it otherwise I don’t know what I would have done.

Ran into the issue of not having hot water during my stay.. after a long travel, balcony door would not close, the ceiling in the bedroom was low - had to be cautious not to hit my head when getting out of bed. Overall not worth the $230.

Only 2 guests there but still got my room wrong and had to swap the beds for 2 singles not the double and single i ordered Pool empty all other facilities shut Chef opened kitchen for just us and served what tasted like a microwaved omelette Sraff very smart and well mannered but very little communication skills

Convenient for Airport!

Hotels.com website suggested it was 5* hotel as did the hotel marketing. Not sure where that rating came from! 3* would be better rating in my opinion. Hotel was quite dated but clean and the staff were friendly. Due to being winter the pools were closed and I think there was only one other person staying at the hotel (I only stayed there due to a cancellation of my flight due to storm Ciara). If you want western comforts or proximity to Chisinau then there are bound to be better hotels!

Bad service

The service is bad. You will be forgotten at the restaurant even if you are the only customer there. I was sitting there for 20 minutes with no one there after i got the menu card. When i needed to check out and take a cap to the airport i was not able to withdraw some cash with my Visa for the taxi. The taxi does not accept Visa so basically i was stuck in the middle of nowhere with no help from the reception when i needed it the most. The comfort of the bed was fine and the hotel room in general was pleasant with a nice view.

5 star service, 1 star room. Needs updating.

This was a hotel that needs to be updated. The carpet was old and dirty, the door to the common balcony did not lock so there was no security. The bed was old and incredibly uncomfortable. The shower was very nice, Breakfast was nice and the people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. This is clearly not a staff issue but a management issue.

A bit pricey, but nice for the area

This hotel is clearly old, but in good condition. The room was quite large and the bed was nice. The staff was very helpful and, in fact, when we had to get up too early to take advantage of the free breakfast, they packed breakfast up for us and had it waiting at the desk when we checked out!

terrible hotel in winter

the hotel was barely open. the room was so cold. the shower was broken. no tea or coffee making facilities. breakfast was not buffet style you had to order from a piece of paper. alm pools closed all facilites closed. the worst experience i have had. this is never a 5 star hotel. not even 3 what a waste of money.

Positiv oplevelse og rart med lidt luksus på sidste aften. Vi valgte hotellet, fordi det var tæt på lufthavnen, og fordi vi skulle med et tidligt fly. Vi endte med at nyde poolen, spise en super middag og at sidde i baren til sent.

　こちらが希望する調理の注文に応変してくれた。総ての料理について塩分を拒否する食生活者である自分にとって塩分０であれば我慢できるけれども、少しでも自分の味覚が塩分過剰と感じれば悪である。ちなみに甘味と塩味を嫌い、酸味・苦味・渋みを好む大人のみ味覚保持者である。

Not 5 stars as claimed for sure

They didn't change my bed sheets at all during a 5-night stay. The bed was quite uncomfortable and linen cheap. It is very close to the airport but quite far from the city centre. I was staying there at the end of April and there was hardly anyone else in the hotel. I would give 5 out of 10 points.

in moldova yet feels like US

Property was great, room was great, shower was more modern than most US, staff was good, spoke English well, very nice pool, I would recommend this property. the price is more expensive than most but it is worth it
