Beautiful Manor Hotel in the most picturesque village set in the hills of the Cotswolds. The staff did everything to make us feel welcomed and well taken care of. Walking trails were close to hotel and beautiful. Golf course was excellent and golf club was great food and service. We will definitely be back.

Manor House is the finest and most welcoming place I have ever visited! Staff is incredible. Our bedroom was so romantic, and there were little books and crannies where we could easily relax, play games, talk, and have a refuge from the rain.

Highly recommended!

It can be a tough life sometimes, but someone has to put up with this level of comfort. How on earth does every member of staff seem to remember each guest’s name, and what they ate/drank/enjoyed the last time their paths crossed? Impressive! My only slight criticism would be that your young sommelier appears not to have travelled beyond Europe. Go on, invest in a round-the-world ticket for him: he has such enthusiasm, and would be so much more convincing upon his return.
Clearly a bidet experience is not to be rushed!

The best Christmas gift I could have bought

The staff were amazing, really accommodating and helpful the entire time. The hotel is just absolutely beautiful and the room was huge. Definitely would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great for a romantic weekend

We stayed at their sister hotel near Winchester last year and the service there was excellent. We were slightly disappointed that the Manor House didn't really have the same standard. It is however a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location.

素晴らしい建物、サービス。 十分過ぎる広さ。 かつてチッペナムの観光タクシーに連れて来て素通りしましたが、どんな人が泊まれるのかとあこがれていたホテルに、実際に泊まれるとは思っていませんでした。 今回多少気後れもありましたが、杞憂でした。 スタッフの皆さん分け隔てなく、サービスをしていただき、満足な時間を過ごさせていただきました。

The property is fabulous. Grounds are abundant and inviting. Manor House rooms and common area excellent. Recent Michelin Star restaurant was ok. We have eaten at other Michelin restaurants so had high expectations.

This was a great place to stay. Totally charming and wonderful. With two exceptions. Our room leaked from above so we had to move to another room, an upgrade. They said it was a free upgrade, but billed us an addition $200 for one night. In the process of asking for a refund. still, the best of our hotels in Europe.
