About all I can say good was the bed was very comfortable and the room did not smell bad at all. The room is in desperate need of reconditioning. Other than that I would stay there again if in the area.

Our room was clean and everything worked well. The floor was a bit cracked but okay to walk on. Easy parking, plenty of space. Breakfast was very simple. Only coffee and danishes, nothing else.

The motel was convenient to interstate and economical. Check in was friendly and fast. However, the doors, walls, and tile need a deep clean. The actual motel did not meet my expectations as posted photos on Expedia.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional for the time of year that I went there it was a nice quiet location. There’s a couple things that can probably improve on some of the flooring was lifting up a little bit, but for the price and the location, I can’t complain.

Chipley stay

I always have a great stay here and I like the rooms. This last time kind of made me upset because I was basically accused of stealing towels in which I would never do. Especially since I am a repeat customer and this is the location I prefer to stay when I'm in Chipley. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay as always.

Clay walker at the watermelon festival

Quiet, no frills hotel. The beds were in my room were very comfortable. The front desk was so helpful. They had a small grab and go breakfast available. The ice machine was out of order, honestly, i just walked next door to the next hotel and got ice..no big deal❤

Very good for price

It was the last night of a cross country road trip before getting home. I stayed at several budget motels during this trip. This one was by far the best. Old, no frills, a little run down, but clean and friendly service. I would have given 5 stars except I left at 6:30am and the office wasn’t open for breakfast yet, though it stayed that it started at 6am.

This hotel is not even a one star, The non smoking room the owner offered was full smelling smoke and holes in the sheets. Asked for another room, same smell and dirty. I didn’t stay there that night. I took another hotel because it looked unsafe and all abandoned. Owner said he will refund and when I called Expedia and they called him to verify, he denied it and charged my card even though I didn’t stay there. Lobby and breakfast place really bad. Rating 1 out of 10
