Beautiful and welcoming place to stay

Wonderful location with a very friendly staff. The grounds and building are historic and beautiful. The owner helped us get to know the island better and even gave us recommended road trips to explore the island. I highly recommend staying here.

The owner was a great host, meeting all needs at the hotel. and providing information on sites to see on Chios island. The property exudes charm—a centuries old stone mansion with modern amenities. The highlight of the provided breakfast was the homemade marmalade, made from citrus grown on the property. A truly enjoyable stay.

Beautiful surroundings and buildings. Friendly and helpful check-in but no staff seen again after that. Taxi booked and great restaurant reccomendation given but then no breakfast available at advertised time (door to reception locked since the day before) so we left for an early ferry without. No response to WhatsApp messages

The owner/manager of this property was wonderful. He was very friendly and hands-on involved in making sure our stay was enjoyable. The property is unique with its grove of hundreds of citrus trees and offers insights into how this property functioned as a stone-walled citrus “farm” centuries ago.

Beautiful accommodations on a majestic property surrounded by orange groves close to everything in Chios. Great breakfast each AM, comfortable and peaceful vibe. Pantelis and his staff were very accommodating and helpful and always accessible. Would unequivocally recommend this property as a top place to stay on Chios.

A peaceful, historic retreat with top-notch service. We can’t wait to come back! If you love history, you will adore this place. The estate is surrounded by beautiful historical atmosphere and features a massive, lush garden. From the moment we arrived, we felt so incredibly welcome. Sakız adası için çok güzel bir butik otel, narenciye bahçeleri içinde tam bir çevre dostu işletme. İki sorun var ; 6 numaralı alt kat odaya üst kattan çok fazla sifon , su boşaltma sesi geliyor, kesinlikle yalıtım gerekiyor ; ikincisi keyfe keder hava alanına yakın olduğu için üçak seslerini yadırgamamalı
