"This is a great place for the young at heart. The management communicated well ahead of time, so we were prepared for the stairs--and they did help with the luggage! The room was smaller than we expected, but as we only needed to rest and shower there, it worked well for us. The staff were congenial and helpful. The only hiccup was with the coupon for the complimentary breakfast; we were unaware of it until time to pay for our meal, so we ended up paying the regular price."

"We had a great stay. This room was so clean. The location is great and located perfectly next to gran via metro which is a very well connected metro for getting around Madrid. They held our bags at the main office until check in so we could walk around without luggage. "

"Place was clean, a bit cramped. The French door onto the street was very difficult to close, and the convection stove top didn't work. I didn't realize that the flat was in the heart of Madrid's Zona Rosa, with a few busy bars on the same block, including one right downstairs. My weekend rental was marred by shouting and loud singing, in the street and in neighbouring apartments, till after 1 am. I wouldn't stay here again."
