"This property is located within 4 minutes walk from Gran Via station. It is super clean, the building is gorgeous and it has a lot of architecture charm and character. It is nearby amazing and yummy restaurants, easy access to shops and supermarkets. Overall the best part was the friendly support received from the staff. Highly recommend!"

"This was not where we stayed, 3 days before we were due to travel to Madrid, we were contacted and informed that due to an electrical fault, the accommodation was not available, and offered an alternative at no extra cost, did we agree (a bit late to start searching again). We were told reception was open until 6pm, but still had to self-check in even though we were there before 6pm. "Place was clean, a bit cramped. The French door onto the street was very difficult to close, and the convection stove top didn't work. I didn't realize that the flat was in the heart of Madrid's Zona Rosa, with a few busy bars on the same block, including one right downstairs. My weekend rental was marred by shouting and loud singing, in the street and in neighbouring apartments, till after 1 am. I wouldn't stay here again."
