There was a small incidental omission on part of the management and they insisted on providing rent free room for the next 24 hrs and would not accept payment. Very nice people. "

"I am someone who never writes bad reviews; even if I feel uncomfortable, I usually just let it go. However, this time the experience was absolutely terrible. The hotel's cleanliness was appalling—the toilet was filthy, and the room door wouldn't even lock! The staff were incredibly rude and treated us like thieves! For anyone planning to stay in Penang, I strongly advise against staying at this wretched place!"

"The Executive Premier Room was in excellent condition and exceeded my expectations. It was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were well maintained and in perfect working order. The room provided a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere, making my stay both enjoyable and comfortable. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room clean and tidy. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality and condition of the Premier Executive Room and would gladly stay in it again."
