The bathroom had a glass enclosed shower along with a full-size tub. Water temperature was perfect. Laundry service was also great. The staff was very helpful and professional, but there is a bit of a language barrier when it comes to communication. But the use of a translator really helped. "I like this hotel. The staffs are very friendly. They provide many services, like free laundry. They are generous, two bottles of water per person per day, one small bottle of milk and two cans of sports drink. They are all free. They give free bottle water when check out. The buffet is a good deal, healthy and many choices. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Nice quiet stay for a visit to nearby family. Everything was fine for my visit, staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. Command of English was poor, however I managed fine using Google translate. "

"Tedious and infuriating. Check in - hard work. Then woken up hours later as they hadn’t done it properly. Asked for a taxi to the airport - apparently no can do! No taxi? Maybe you do yourself sir!!!!! No! Aren’t any! I’ve never been anywhere in the world where this is an issue. It took 2 hours! Restaurant - clueless. It took an hour for them to realise we might be in the restaurant for food! I wish I was joking. Literally no idea why we might be there! Other hotel amenities are extortionate...
